ENGINEER'S DESIGN REPORT. Prior to development of the plans and specifications, the Sponsor shall provide an engineer's report setting forth the general analysis and explanation of reasons for design choices. Said report shall include an itemized cost estimate, design computations, reasons for selections and modifications, comparison of alternatives, life cycle cost analysis, geotechnical report and any other elements that support the engineer’s final plans and specifications.

ENGINEER'S DESIGN REPORT. Xxxxxx will prepare the pre‐final engineer’s design report which shall provide all the design criteria and standards used in developing the construction documents (i.e. plans and technical specifications), and document the work and results of investigative efforts. This will be provided to the Airport, Sponsor and FAA at this submittal level for final review and approval.

This element includes estimating quantities and construction costs associated with the composite scope of work and review of geotechnical report and data.
