EQUALIZATION OF OVERTIME HOURS. (a) Overtime hours shall be equalized for custodians on a ―per occasion‖ basis instead of hourly among those custodians who sign up for overtime work. An up-to-date list showing the overtime assignments worked shall be posted weekly. The first overtime assignment of each year shall be offered to the highest seniority custodian who desires to work overtime.
