Equipment Support Services. The following terms and conditions shall govern the equipment support services provided by Kronos to Customer. Kronos and Customer hereby agree that Kronos shall provide depot equipment repair support services ("Depot Support Services") for Customer's Kronos Equipment ("Product(s)") specified on an Order Form to and from locations within the United States and Puerto Rico pursuant to the following terms and conditions:

Equipment Support Services. Provided you have paid any fees required to receive the Equipment Support Services, you will have access to the Equipment Support Services. You can initiate a support request by contacting us via email at xxxxxxx@XxxXxxx.xxx. You must obtain a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number from HubStar prior to returning any Supported Equipment for repair or replacement pursuant to the Equipment Support Services. Any equipment received without an RMA number may be returned to you, and you will be liable to HubStar for the cost of shipping associated with such return. For the avoidance of doubt, unless specified otherwise in an Order Form or Documentation, Equipment Support Services do not include onsite services provided at your facilities or support for any third-party equipment, software, or services.
Equipment Support Services. 37.1 Where purchased as part of the Contract, Equipment Support Services, will consist of corrective maintenance to Equipment in accordance with the Service Level Agreement for that Equipment. 37.2 Following a report of a Fault in accordance with clause 35, Commercial will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any Equipment Fault in accordance with Service Levels for that Equipment. Where possible, Commercial will use its reasonable endeavours to rectify any Equipment Fault on-site. 37.3 Commercial cannot guarantee to be able to service Equipment that is not purchased by, or approved by, Commercial, as spares and service information may not be available at a reasonable cost. Equipment that is not purchased by, or approved by Commercial may be repaired at Commercial’s discretion on a reasonable endeavours basis only and Commercial reserve the right to charge for such repairs. 37.4 Items of a consumable nature will not generally be covered under Equipment Support Services, unless such items have, in Commercial's sole discretion, clearly suffered undue wear as a direct result of an original manufacturing defect.
Equipment Support Services. If purchased by District, PaySchools shall provide to District equipment support and maintenance services (“Equipment Support Services”), which are subject to PaySchools equipment sale and maintenance and support service terms.

Related to Equipment Support Services

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Additional Products and Services Subject to the allocation of funds, the CPO may add similar equipment, supplies, services, or locations, within the scope of this Agreement, to the list of equipment, supplies, services, or locations to be performed or provided by giving written notification to Contractor. For purposes of this Section, the “Effective Date” means the date specified in the notification from the CPO. As of the Effective Date, each item added is subject to this Agreement, as if it had originally been a part, but the charge for each item starts to accrue only on the Effective Date. In the event the additional equipment, supplies, services, or locations are not identical to the items(s) already under this Agreement, the charges therefor will then be Contractor’s normal and customary charges or rates for the equipment, supplies, services, or locations classified in the Fees and Costs (Exhibit “F”).

  • Software Services If elected by Customer, the following Software Services will be made available for Customer’s use. 2.1. Core HR Software Service is a system of interactive web pages to assist Customer in its human resource related recordkeeping and reporting. Customer shall ensure the accuracy of its Customer Data. The HR Software Services shall function in accordance with the Documentation, as may be amended from time to time, and provide features to aid Customer with its compliance with federal and state laws and regulations applicable to Human Resources (except as stated otherwise in the Documentation). 2.2. Recruiting Software Service is a system of interactive web pages to assist Customer in posting job requisitions, storing candidates, recording job applications, and the related recordkeeping and reporting. Customer shall ensure the accuracy of its Customer Data. The Recruiting Software Service shall function in accordance with the Documentation which may be amended from time to time.
