EVALUATION OF TEMPORARY FACULTY. (1) Temporary faculty shall be evaluated during their first semester of employment and at least once during the following three semesters of employment. Thereafter, each temporary faculty member shall be evaluated at least once every three years provided a break of service of more than one year has not occurred.

EVALUATION OF TEMPORARY FACULTY. A. Inclusion in the full-time faculty bargaining unit of temporary faculty who serve at least seventy-five percent (75%) of the position’s full-time assignment in the academic year will not alter the employeestemporary status. Such employment may be terminated at any time without regard to termination proceedings in this Agreement or with respect to provisions in the Education Code concerning the termination of contract (probationary) or tenured (permanent) unit members.

  • EVALUATION OF TEACHERS 1. All reports on the work of a teacher shall be in writing.

  • Evaluation of Contractor Performance of the Contractor under this Agreement will be evaluated. The evaluation shall be prepared on Contract/Contractor Evaluation Sheet (STD 4), and maintained in the Agreement file. For consultant agreements, a copy of the evaluation will be sent to the Department of General Services, Office of Legal Services, if it is negative and over $5,000.

  • Evaluation of Tenders 33.1 The Procuring Entity shall use the criteria and methodologies listed in this ITT and Section III, Evaluation and Qualification criteria. No other evaluation criteria or methodologies shall be permitted. By applying the criteria and methodologies, the Procuring Entity shall determine the Lowest Evaluated Tender. This is the Tender of the Tenderer that meets the qualification criteria and whose Tender has been determined to be:

  • Temporary Nurse Any nurse who is employed for a specified period of time not to exceed three (3) months, or any nurse who is employed to fill positions because of any combination of leaves of absence, vacations, holidays, and sick leave for a period of time not to exceed six (6) months.

  • Temporary Upgrade An employee in a temporary upgrade status shall have no right to grieve or arbitrate release from such temporary upgrade status.
