Evidence of Physical Fitness. All new employees at the time of employment shall secure a physical examination from a licensed physician showing evidence of physical fitness and freedom from communicable disease including tuberculosis. The cost of the examination will be paid by the employee. The Board may at any future time require an employee to get an examination and shall pay the cost of the examination from school funds. Physicals must be turned in within thirty (30) days of the date of employment or the employee may be discharged. A receipt will be given to the employee by the supervisor at the time it is turned in. In the event that the original physical examination form is lost or misplaced by the District, the second request must be paid for by the Board.

The cost of examinations shall rest with the employer, except for cases where ability to work or not work and/or certification of illness is required. Bus drivers are subject to random and pre-employment drug tests. Such test and procedures will be administered according to state requirements.
Evidence of Physical Fitness. All teachers are required to provide evidence of physical fitness to perform duties assigned. Such evidence shall be based upon written report of a medical examination by licensed physician. The failure of a teacher to comply with the above shall result in the withholding of his or her salary until the necessary requirements have been completed.

The cost such examination shall rest with the employer. The employer may specify the physician. The Board may from time to time require an examination of any employee by a licensed physician to practice medicine and surgery in all the branches and shall pay the expenses thereof from school funds.

The Board may from time to time require a physical examination of any employee by a physician licensed to practice medicine and/or surgery in all its branches and shall pay the expenses thereof from school funds.
Evidence of Physical Fitness. Upon request from Client, Athletico shall provide evidence to the Client that its employees are physically fit to perform the duties required to complete the Services and are free from communicable diseases in compliance with Section 24-5 of the Illinois School Code, 105 ILCS 5/24-5.
