EXHIBITION TERMS. 5.1 Exhibition opens in March 22, 2022 at 15:00 and closes in March 25, 2022 at 12:00. 5.2 The COMPANY have to finish all the preparation works before the March 22, 2022 at 12:00. The COMPANY have to keep the booth open during the exhibition period and have to remove the all materials regarding to the booth before March 25, 2022 at 12:00. 5.3 COMPANY have to obey the opening (at 09:00) and closing (at 18:00) hours defined by CHAMBER. Overnighting is not allowed at the area of booth. 5.4 Any inside and outside movement of the exhibited materials is forbidden during the exhibition hours. 5.5 Any haulage, loading and unloading have to be carried out with by taking the safety issues into consideration as prescribed in the law numbered 6331. 5.6 The security and the insurance of the exhibited materials are all in the responsibility of COMPANY. Given the size of the exhibition are and the crowd, CHAMBER does not provide guarantees about security and does not bear any responsibility. Any kind of fire, nature and community events that may occur during the exhibition dismantlement, theft etc. CHAMBER is not responsible for damages and loss of lives that may arise due to these reasons, and COMPANY is obliged to take necessary precautions. COMPANY is responsible for ensuring the safety of its booth, display products and equipment and putting precious items in locked rooms. 5.7 All the materials regarding to booth, have to be rendered to the CHAMBER with its original form. COMPANY is responsible for any harm or damage given to the booth material. 5.8 COMPANY should not drill, pound nail and staple anything to the floor or the walls. The materials used in fixing and attachment should not give any damage or harm to the physical structures and environment. COMPANY is liable for any damage or harm. 5.9 In the booth area, it is strictly forbidden to disturb the environments. CHAMBER have right to stop the source of any disturbing sound after a verbal warning. 5.10 Exhibition of Any inflammable materials i.e., petrol, gas etc. is forbidden. Any material with
EXHIBITION TERMS. 5.1. Check-in starts at 14:00 and ends at 12:00 on check-out day. Guests who check-in with lunch have break- fast and dinner on the day of departure, and guests who check-in at the hotel have the right to have breakfast and lunch on the day of departure. 5.2. Every person staying at the HOTEL has to present their identity information. The service information pur- chased by the Delegate at the time of login will be checked with their ID. EXHIBITION TERMS. 5.1 The exhibition will open on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at 10:00 am and close on Friday, November 25, 2020 at 5:00 pm 5.2 The COMPANY will be allowed to bring the meterials on Monday, November 23, 2020 after 5:00 pm. The COMPANY should finalize stand preparations before 8:00 AM on November 24, 2020. The COMPANY must keep its exhibitions open during the symposium and the exhibited materials must be removed from the exhibition area no later than 6:00 pm on Wednesday, November 25, 2020. 5.3 The COMPANY shall comply with exhibition opening and closing hours determined by the COMMITTEE. It is forbidden for stand personnel to stay overnight in exhibition areas for any reason. 5.4 Exhibited products cannot be removed from or brought into the exhibition area during the exhibition hours. 5.5 During loading / unloading and transport operations in exhibition areas, the highest possible level of safety precautions should be taken. 5.6 The security and insurance of the exhibited materials, including the risks listed in Article 5.14, solely belongs to the COMPANY. 5.7 All stand material shall be returned after the symposium without any damage and the COMPANY shall be responsible for any damage to the stands or fixtures. 5.8 The COMPANY shall not drill, nail or staple the floor or existing walls of the exhibition area. For fixing materials, the COMPANY shall use adhesives and fasteners which will not damage the physical structure of the Hotel and the environment. The company is responsible for any damage to the exhibition area. 5.9 Any devices such as video, tapes, CD players etc. shall be used in a way that will not disturb other stands The COMMITTEE has the right to cease any such sources of disturbance after a verbal warning. 5.10 The use and display of explosive, oil, gas, and other flammable substances in the exhibition area is strictly prohibited. Any exhibition materials that may violate the health of participants or are not legally suitable for society must not be displayed. The COMPANY is responsible for any damages that may be caused as a result of such activity. 5.11 The COMPANY personnel are required to know where the exhibition area’s emergency exits are located. 5.12 The COMPANY shall not place anything in the corridors except for the stand area allocated to it.
