FACILITY CARE AND CONDITION. 2.1. The RENTER will be given a key which the RENTER agrees to return. The RENTER agrees to ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked upon leaving the facility. If the RENTER does not return the keys to the ASSOCIATION, $50 will be deducted from the damage deposit.
2.2. The RENTER must remove everything that was brought into the room(s) (ex. dishes, decorations, etc.)
2.3. The RENTER must clean & store all tables and chairs immediately after the rental period.
2.4. The RENTER must remove all waste and place the garbage bags into the outside bin immediately after the rental period. Garbage must be placed directly into the bin and not on the ground. The RENTER must remove all recycling and place it in the recycling bins provided, and must remove all organics for compost into the organics bin located outside. The RENTER is responsible to sweep the floor, and to mop the floor where there are spills. The RENTER must wipe down all tables and counters. If the RENTER fails to comply with Clause 2.2, 2.3, or 2.4 and any additional requirements agreed to by RENTER and the ASSOCIATION, the RENTER agrees that the ASSOCIATION may deduct from the damage deposit the cost of doing the cleaning and performing other remedies at the rate of $50 per hour.
2.5. The damage deposit shall be applied in part or whole to any expenses incurred by the RENTER as a result of damage or loss to the facility and/or equipment during the rental period. If the cost of damages should exceed the damage deposit fee, the RENTER will be invoiced the remaining amount and the credit card used will be charged.
2.6. The RENTER agrees to ensure that the kitchen is only to be used for food preparation and/or reheating. Cooking of food is not allowed.
2.7. If the RENTER is renting the use of the BBQ, it must be cleaned, wiped down, and the drip tray to be emptied and cleaned.
2.8. The RENTER agrees to leave the premises, including the kitchen, hallways, and washrooms, in the same state of repair and cleanliness as they were before occupancy.

The LESSEE and the CCBCC representative will conduct an inspection of the facility and equipment prior to commencement of the rental event and identify any damages or other conditions present. The LESSEE and the CCBCC representative will conduct a second inspection following the rental event to identify any damages to the facility and equipment arising from the LESSEE’S event. Should any damages occur as a result of the event, the LESSEE will be invoiced for all costs incurred for repair/replacement.
3.2. The LESSEE shall make ALL attempts to take responsibility for the Facility or Properties from the time they enter the building until the time they leave. This includes dates used to set up for their function(s) and for the dates used to clean up after their function(s).
3.3. The LESSEE is responsible for the removal of all equipment and material, decorations and personal items prior to the completion of rental. The CCBCC is not responsible for (storage of) items, personal effects, gifts, decorations etc. brought in the premises by the LESSEE. The LESSEE shall not attach or hang any materials or items from the ceiling, windows, or floors. Masking tape, tacks, command strips, nails and/or staples are not permitted. Use of painters tape and sticky tack are permitted.
3.4. The LESSEE shall clean the premises prior to completion of the rental period and leave the facility in the same condition in which they found it upon the very first date of entry. Garbage is to be placed in the appropriate receptacle, with excess garbage piled neatly beside the appropriate receptacle. The LESSEE further agrees to abide by any additional requirements regarding facility condition and care listed in this agreement. If the LESSEE fails to comply with this clause and any additional requirements, the LESSEE agrees that the CCBCC may charge an additional fee of $50/hour for labour required to complete repairs and/or excess cleaning.

Follow In/Out Report The RENTER shall remove all garbage/bottles, wipe tables, sweep/mop, and return temperate to 15’C and clean the premises immediately after the rental period. The RENTER further agrees to abide by any additional requirements regarding facility condition and care attached to this agreement. If the RENTER fails to comply with this Clause and any additional requirements, the RENTER agrees that the LEAGUE may deduct from the damage deposit the cost of doing the cleaning and performing other remedies at the rate of $50.00 per hour.

If the RENTER fails to comply with this Clause and any additional requirements, the RENTER agrees that the LEAGUE may deduct from the damage deposit the cost of doing the cleaning and performing other remedies at the rate of $ 50 per hour.
2.3. Only masking tape or other tape that does not damage a surface may be used by the RENTER when hanging decorations. The use of nails, pins, tacks or other hangars that will damage surfaces are prohibited. Any decorations that the RENTER puts up in the rink must be taken down after the function, with no pieces of tape left behind. The renter is responsible for bringing a ladder or other equipment required to hang decorations.
2.4. The RENTER shall report all damage or difficulties in the use of the facility as soon as possible to the Blackmud Creek Community League representative.
FACILITY CARE AND CONDITION. 2.1. The Marina shall be responsible for basic set up for the event of tables, chairs and table cloths (should they be rented) in accordance with reasonable instructions from the Renter. The Marina shall be responsible for cleaning up the Marina's bar glassware, sweeping, mopping and taking down tables, chairs and table cloths following the event. The Renter shall be responsible for all other clean up including decorations, personal items and THOSE of any independent service providers including food and food service items of caterers, DJs, etc.
2.2. The Renter shall pay a damage/clean up deposit in the amount of two hundred dollars ($200) at least fourteen (14) days prior to the Rental (the ‘Deposit’), unless waived by Marina Management in its sole discretion. Should any damage be identified in accordance with section 2.3 below, or should Marina staff be required to provide clean-up services other than those set out in 2.1 above, then some or all of the Deposit shall be forfeited at the Marina’s discretion. The published hourly rate shall apply to any periods of time the Gathering Hall is occupied by the Renter before and/or after the Rental period and the Marina reserves the right to deduct from the Deposit any amounts unpaid at the end of the event.
2.3. The Renter and a Marina representative will conduct an inspection of the Premises and equipment prior to commencement of the Rental to identify any damages or other conditions present. The Renter and a Marina representative will conduct a second inspection following the Rental to identify any damages to the Premises and equipment arising as a result of the Rental. The Inspection Report attached as Schedule B to this Agreement will be used for this purpose. The Renter hereby agrees that the cost of any damages to the Premises shall be deducted from the Deposit.
2.4. The Renter and his/her guests shall not use tape, glitter, sparkles, confetti (or any similar type of product) anywhere on the Premises or the surrounding area. Failure to comply with this condition shall result in forfeiture of some or all of the Deposit at Marina Management’s discretion.

FACILITY CARE AND CONDITION. 1.1. Smoking is not permitted inside the facility, on the porches, or on the grounds.
1.2. The Renter will leave the facility in the condition the Renter found it; including all kitchen facilities, equipment and utensils. Renter will compensate the Owner to repair or replace any breakage or damages to the facility or its contents that occurred during the rental function within 15 days of receipt of a bill for payment from the Owner.
1.3. The Renter shall remove all garbage and clean the premises before vacating.
1.4. If the Owner is unable to open and/or close the facility, the Renter will be asked to contact Xxxxxxxx University Public Safety at 000-000-0000.
1.5. The Renter agrees to ensure that all doors are securely locked upon leaving the facility.
FACILITY CARE AND CONDITION. 2.1. Absolutely no bottles outside.
2.2. Bar is to use Plastic Glasses/Cups. Bottles not allowed in the Hall.
2.3. Hall to be returned as received. All tables and chairs placed properly back into Storage Room as shown by LESSOR. $40 Fee deducted from Damage Deposit will be applied if not done properly.
2.4. Portable Bar and Kitchen to be cleaned and wiped down. Door of the bar are to be left open.
2.5. Hall floors to be “Dry Mopped” or swept. Absolutely no confetti or rice or other like material allowed to be thrown in the Hall. A sticky floor resulting from spills must be cleaned using “Wet Mop”. $75 Fee deducted from Damage Deposit will be applied if floor is dirty and or sticky and $40/hr rate will be applied for cleaning staff.
2.6. Only Painter’s tape allowed on Walls. No pins, nails, screws or other like materials.
2.7. Garbage bags for garbage bins to be replaced from inventory.
2.8. Garbage to be taken to Green Bin on the left in the parking lot. Recycle products are placed in the Green Bin on the right in the parking lot. Please recycle as much as possible.
2.9. Cigarettes are to be placed in the Smoke stands provided outside parking lot door. $30 fee deducted from Damage Deposit for excessive discarded cigarettes in the driveway or parking lot for cleanup.
