Fitness Memberships. The Employer agrees to reimburse permanent and temporary employees up to forty ($40.00) dollars a month for fitness memberships or ongoing fitness related classes, provided the employee provides itemized receipts.

Failure to achieve a passing grade will result in a transfer from the Water and Wastewater section. Withdrawal for further support from the Town towards certification will be reviewed on an individual basis, but will not be unreasonably denied. AMEC NSS will reimburse employees up to $200 per calendar year on a prorated basis for fitness club memberships from April 1, 2014.   • Memberships The Company will reimburse the Employee for one professional membership which has a business related purpose and is approved by the Company.

  • Professional Memberships Each employee is eligible for reimbursement for membership fees or dues paid for the maintenance of a license required to perform employee’s job and for dues paid for membership in one additional job related professional association.

  • Trips A.1 All regular routes will be rebid annually at the transportation in-service in August. A.2 All extra trips shall be offered to drivers on the basis of rotation. At the beginning of each school year, a rotation list, in order of seniority, shall be posted. Such list shall indicate the driver’s eligibility for extra trips. A.3 When LaBrae is not in session, and LaBrae students attending the career center are required to go to school on said days, the transport of students to the career center will be considered an extra trip and automatically awarded to the driver whose route includes transporting LaBrae students to the career center. Should the driver decline the trip, the trip will be offered to the remaining drivers as an extra trip according to the seniority rotation described herein. The driver awarded the trip is paid only for the time to transport students to and from the career center, and it will only count as one trip in the calculation of the trip bonus identified in Article IX, Clause A.8. Under such circumstances, the driver will be paid a total of two (2) hours for transporting said students to and from the career center. A.4 As trip lists are posted, the drivers shall indicate on the list if he/she wishes to bid for the trip. In the event the drivers refuse, they shall be charged with the trip as though it had been driven. The Trip will then be assigned to the driver next in rotation. A.5 A list of extra trips will be posted on the board by Thursday afternoon for extra trips to be offered the following week and taken down by 9:00 a.m. on Friday morning. Drivers will review the list and initial the trips they wish to take during this time period. A.6 Drivers who fail to take assigned trips on six (6) instances will be removed from the rotation list for the semester. A.7 A driver cannot take an extra trip on a day in which they are using sick leave. A.8 All extra trips shall be paid at the rate of $12.00 per hour. The extra trip rate of pay will be increased each year by the same percentage of increase on the negotiated base wage scale. For every twelve (12) trips worked, drivers will be paid an additional $150.00. The extra trip bonus shall be paid one (1) time per year, at the close of each school year. A.9 Extra trips shall not be offered to a bus driver when their hours are projected to exceed forty

  • Membership Dues Association membership dues, as explicitly approved by the Trustees;

  • Membership The Committee shall include nine (9) members - five (5) representatives from CUPE/SCFP and four (4) representatives from the CTA. Up to two (2) advisors from the Ministry of Education shall act in a resource capacity to the committee. Other persons may attend meetings in order to provide support and resources as mutually agreed. Up to one (1) representative from each of the four (4) employee bargaining agencies at the other education workers tables will be invited to participate on the Committee.

  • Rosters 8.1 As far as practically possible, the Employer will draw up a roster 1 week in advance. Changes to rosters may occur with 24 hours notice or, subject to the availability of the Employee, with less notice if by mutual consent. 8.2 The Employer will ordinarily roster Employees in a manner that is both fair and equitable to ensure that, where applicable, the allocation of weekend and public holiday hours are equally divided between Employees on a rotating basis.

  • Partnerships If Contractor is an association, partnership, or other joint business venture, the basic coverage may be provided by either (i) separate insurance policies issued for each individual entity, with each entity included as a named insured or as an additional insured; or (ii) joint insurance program with the association, partnership, or other joint business venture included as a named insured.

  • Dues Controlled Affiliate will pay to BCBSA a fee for this license in accordance with the following formula: • An annual fee of five thousand dollars ($5,000) per license, plus • .05% of gross revenue per year from branded group products, plus • .5% of gross revenue per year from branded individual products plus • .14% of gross revenue per year from branded individual annuity products. The foregoing percentages shall be reduced by one-half where both a BLUE CROSS® and BLUE SHIELD® license are issued to the same entity. In the event that any License period is greater or less than one (1) year, any amounts due shall be prorated. Royalties under this formula will be calculated, billed and paid in arrears. Plan will promptly and timely transmit to BCBSA all dues owed by Controlled Affiliate as determined by the above formula and if Plan shall fail to do so, Controlled Affiliate shall pay such dues directly.

  • School Board Any reference to School Board or District in this Agreement shall mean the District and/or its designated officials.

  • Club Memberships The Corporation shall provide payment of annual dues and monthly business development expenses for the Executive in connection with a club membership in the market area. Any other contributions (assessments) associated with the club membership are the sole responsibility of the Executive and are to be paid by the Executive.
