Flexible Start Times. The Hospital and the Union recognise that the Hospital has unique needs that may require flexible start times. Notwithstanding the above, it is understood that specialty areas shall not necessarily have the same hours of work as mentioned in Article D above. Nurses working flexible start times will work seven and one-half (7.5) hour tours or eleven and one quarter (11.25) hours tours and their hours of work shall average thirty-seven and one-half (37.5) hours per week, over a six (6) week schedule, as determined by the Hospital. The start time for these areas shall vary. Flexible start times may be implemented, following consultation with the Union, to meet patient care needs or to allow the Registered Nurse to facilitate the performance of her nursing duties. Flexible Start Times. It is agreed the employer may vary or alter start times of employees, provided notice is given to the employee(s) prior to the cessation of the previous shift. Provided, where there are unforeseen circumstances, no notice is required where there is mutual agreement. Unforeseen circumstances for individuals will be limited to two (2) incidents per week or eight (8) incidents in a month. Nothing in this Agreement will replace the Company’s continued practice of giving one (1) week’s notice where possible.

Flexible Start Times. To complement customer needs and efficiencies, start times may be adjusted to maintain a flexible and speedy service, provided that Employees are notified, and agree. Whenever possible, Employees will receive a seven days prior notice of any change of hours.
Flexible Start Times. 7.1 Employees shall be required by the Company to commence their ordinary hours of work at any time between 5.30 am and 8.30 am, Monday to Friday. 7.2 Once a job site starting time has been established then the normal number of plant employees required to operate the plant, for a job of that size, will start together at the required time. 7.3 Starting times may be altered by the Company, by giving employee notice of the change the previous working day. 7.4 Employees shall be available to work on Saturdays as required and the same flexible start times will apply as for work on Monday to Friday. A minimum of 4 hours work will be offered on Saturday. 7.5 Finish times may be staggered once the bulk of production for the day has been completed. and the remaining tasks can be completed safely by less than two people (e.g. clerical work, customer contact, contractor supervision)

  • Flexible Scheduling All posts experience a higher day-time volume than occurs during the night hours and the Parties agree to a flexible scheduling as outlined below to be compatible with the needs of the community served and availability of on-call staff and the members of the post’s full-time staff.

The County shall maintain this plan in compliance with IRC §125. Employee premiums for flexible spending account benefits shall be deducted on a pre-tax basis from employee pay.

  • Flexible Hours Upon the request of an employee and the concurrence of the Employer, an employee may work flexible hours on a daily basis so long as the daily hours amount to seven decimal five (7.5).

  • PROGRESS EVALUATION Engineer shall, from time to time during the progress of the Engineering Services, confer with County at County’s election. Engineer shall prepare and present such information as may be pertinent and necessary, or as may be reasonably requested by County, in order for County to evaluate features of the Engineering Services. At the request of County or Engineer, conferences shall be provided at Engineer's office, the offices of County, or at other locations designated by County. When requested by County, such conferences shall also include evaluation of the Engineering Services. County may, from time to time, require Engineer to appear and provide information to the Williamson County Commissioners Court. Should County determine that the progress in Engineering Services does not satisfy an applicable Work Authorization or any Supplemental Work Authorization related thereto, then County shall review same with Engineer to determine corrective action required. Engineer shall promptly advise County in writing of events which have or may have a significant impact upon the progress of the Engineering Services, including but not limited to the following: A. Problems, delays, adverse conditions which may materially affect the ability to meet the objectives of an applicable Work Authorization or any Supplemental Work Authorization related thereto, or preclude the attainment of Project Engineering Services units by established time periods; and such disclosure shall be accompanied by statement of actions taken or contemplated, and County assistance needed to resolve the situation, if any; and B. Favorable developments or events which enable meeting goals sooner than anticipated in relation to an applicable Work Authorization’s or any Supplemental Work Authorization related thereto.

  • Improvement Plans A professional improvement plan is a clearly articulated assistance program for a teacher whose student growth measure dimension of the evaluation is below the expected level of student growth. For the purposes of this agreement, improvement plans shall be based on the individual student growth measure level, and not for overall subjects or classes taught.
