Flexitour Schedule. A. Employees shall choose a biweekly schedule within the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The requested hours are limited to an 8-hour, 5-day workweek. B. Employees on Flexitour have a fixed starting and ending time. C. Employees on Flexitour are eligible to earn credit hours. D. Employees shall be allowed to request Flexitour Schedule changes as needed throughout the year.

Flexitour Schedule. With a flexitour schedule, an employee is allowed to select starting and stopping times within the allowable hours. Once a Flexitour schedule is established, the hours are fixed until the employee makes a written request during a time period specified by a local agreement/policy.
Flexitour Schedule. Flexitour is for employees who wish to work an 8-hour day, 5-day per week full-time schedule that differs from hours in the Standard Schedule. Employees may select either a designated 30- or 45-minute lunch period, based on the 8-hour Flexitour Schedule below. The start and stop times for the schedule must be the same each day. There shall be no limit on the number of employees who may participate in the Flexitour schedule. All eligible BUE must notify their supervisor in writing of their specific schedule. For start times between 7:20 am and 8:20 am, inclusive, the employee 41 shall select a lunch period of not less than 20 or greater than 60 minutes (in 42 six minute increments) 43 44 NOTE 1: Occasionally, on a case basis, for a short-term duration, a supervisor may allow 45 an employee to work through lunch in order to odd shift.

Global Direct will provide Merchant with the ability to access the Networks that Global Direct has connected to for the purpose of authorizing debit card transactions at the point of sale from cards issued by the members of the respective Networks. Global Direct will provide connection to such Networks, terminal applications, settlement and reporting activities. EBT Transaction Processing Services: Global Direct offers electronic interfaces to Electronic Benefits Transfer (“EBT”) networks for the processing of cash payments or credits to or for the benefit of benefit recipients (“Recipients”). Global Direct will provide settlement and switching services for various Point of Sale transactions initiated through Merchant for the authorization of the issuance of the United States Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Services (“FNS”) food stamp benefits (“FS Benefits”) and/or government delivered cash assistance benefits (“Cash Benefits, ”with FS Benefits, “Benefits”) to Recipients through the use of a state-issued card (“EBT Card”). With respect to Visa and MasterCard products, Merchant agrees to pay and Merchant's account(s) will be charged pursuant to Section 5 of this Agreement for any additional fees incurred as a result of Merchant's subsequent acceptance of transactions with any Visa or MasterCard product that it has not elected to accept.

  • Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.
