FOP Pool Time. Contributions (1) During the first full pay period in January of each calendar year, each FOP member of the supervisor and deputy bargaining units shall contribute one (1) hour of vacation leave or compensatory time from his respective leave balance. Hours contributed pursuant to this section will be maintained in a FOP pool time bank (“FOP bank”) to be utilized as authorized and approved pursuant to this Agreement. (2) No more often than once per quarter, bargaining unit members may contribute additional vacation or compensatory time in one (1) hour increments. (3) Bargaining unit members shall complete a form approved by the OCSO indicating whether the transfer shall be from their vacation or compensatory leave balances. (4) Hours in the FOP bank may be utilized by either bargaining unit (the deputy unit and supervisory unit). The balance in the FOP bank shall never exceed 2,100 hours. Additionally, no more than a total of 2,100 hours shall be utilized by bargaining unit members during the calendar year. Any balances remaining in the FOP bank at the end of the calendar year shall be used to replenish the FOP bank for the next calendar year provided the total balance in the bank does not exceed 2,100 hours. (5) If replenishing the FOP bank causes the total balance to exceed the 2,100 hour allowable balance, any excess hours shall be transferred to the OCSO’s emergency medical leave donation pool for the exclusive use of FOP members, in good standing, who request and are eligible to receive emergency leave donations in accordance with OCSO policies and procedures. The OCSO FOP Board of Directors shall determine which FOP member to donate time to and the FOP president, or designee, shall provide the agency, in writing, the name of the FOP member receiving the donation and the amount of time being donated. The FOP president, or designee, may request, in writing, to transfer additional hours from the FOP pool time bank to the OCSO’s emergency medical leave donation pool for the exclusive use of FOP members. (6) FOP pool time leave shall not be considered time worked for FLSA purposes and shall not count as hours worked in determining eligibility for over time (regular or premium). Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to allow a bargaining unit member to use FOP leave to exceed 80 hours of pay during any pay period or to compensate a member for performing FOP business on holidays designated in this Agreement.   • Opening an Account Stripe may use information that you provide to Stripe and its Affiliates about a Connected Account to (a) determine the Connected Account’s eligibility to be a Stripe Issuing Accountholder; (b) administer the Stripe Issuing Program; and (c) monitor each Stripe Issuing Accountholder’s Principal Owners, Stripe Issuing Administrators, Card Authorised Users, representatives, and individuals with significant responsibility for management, including executives and senior managers, for the purpose of meeting Stripe’s obligations under Law. Stripe may reject any Connected Account application for, and terminate any Stripe Issuing Accountholder’s access to, the Stripe Issuing Services immediately if any Connected Account, Stripe Issuing Accountholder, Principal Owner, Stripe Issuing Administrator, Card Authorised User, representative, or individual with significant responsibility for management is or becomes a High-Risk Person or uses the Stripe Issuing Program for a Card Unauthorised Purpose.

  • Personal Time Employees shall be eligible to take accrued PTO time for personal reasons. Such time must be scheduled in advance in accordance with Employer policies and be approved by the employee's supervisor. Personal time PTO must be taken in at least one hour increments.

  • Additional Time If because of events beyond the Design Professional’s reasonable control, it is not able to meet the specified time period, then it should be entitled to ask the Owner for additional time, which request shall not be unreasonably denied.

  • Central Time After all Parties have been notified, the provisions of paragraphs (b) and (c) of this Section 2.1 shall apply.”

  • Show Up Time An employee who reports to work in the usual manner without having been notified that there is no work available and is sent home because of lack of work before having worked four (4) hours shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at their prevailing hourly rate. The employee shall also receive their full accommodation allowance if and when applicable. Each employee must inform the Employer of a means of being contacted on short notice. If an attempt is made by the Employer at least two (2) hours before the employee’s shift commences by way of the contact information provided, in an effort to inform the employee of a lack of work, and the Employer is unable to do so, the employee will not be entitled to show up time.

  • Crib Time (i) When an Employee is required to work overtime after the usual ceasing time for the day or shift for two hours or more, he/she shall be allowed to take, without deduction of pay, a crib time of twenty minutes in duration immediately after such ceasing time and thereafter, after each four hours of continuous work, he/she shall be allowed to take also, without deduction of pay, a crib time of 30 minutes in duration. (ii) In the event of an Employee remaining at work after the usual ceasing time without taking the crib time of twenty minutes and continuing at work for a period of two hours or more, he/she shall be regarded as having worked twenty minutes more than the time worked and be paid accordingly.

  • Break Time For daily work assignments of six or more hours, permanent and probationary employees (except bus drivers and bus aides) shall be entitled to one 15-minute break for each half of the work assignment. For work assignments of less than six hours, such employees shall be entitled to one 15-minute break. Employees who spend a majority of the workday working with a Video Display Terminal (VDT) shall be permitted to perform other job-related duties (i.e., work not involving use of a VDT) 10 continuous minutes out of each hour. Such time shall not be cumulative and shall be in addition to break time established above.

  • Valuation Date The value of the Collateral shall be determined on the date of the Buy-In (or the payment made pursuant to Section 6.2 below).

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.

  • WORKING DAY BEFORE AUCTION DATE Any intending bidder who intends to bid on behalf of another person, body corporate or firm is required to deposit with the Auctioneer prior to the auction sale an authority letter to state that he/she is acting on behalf of another person, body corporate or firm and he/she is authorised to sign all the necessary documents. All intending bidders shall be required to verify their identities by showing to the Auctioneer their identity cards prior to the commencement of the auction, failing which, they shall not be entitled to bid. In the event that the Bumiputra lot is sold to a non Bumiputra or if the successful bidder is below the age of 18 or is an undischarged bankrupt or is not legally competent to purchase the property, then such sale shall be cancelled and the deposit paid shall be refunded to the successful bidder and thereafter the Assignee shall be at liberty to put up the property for sale. A foreign citizen/foreign company may be allowed to bid for the property and if the bid is successful, the sale is subject to the foreign citizen/company applying and obtaining at his/her/its own cost to the Economic Planning Unit (if applicable) and/or relevant State Authority for the unconditional consent to the sale within the period stated in Clause 11 hereof but subject to Clause 22 hereof.
