Fresh Start. “Fresh Start is a diocesan led program for clergy in new cures and their congregations, which seeks to strengthen the relationships among Episcopal clergy, congregations and diocese during critical periods of transition in clergy leadership of the congregation.” (Fresh Start Manual pg. 1) The Priest in charge and vestry recognize and affirm the importance of making every reasonable effort to ensure the successful foundation of this ministry and therefore agree that the Priest in Charge will participate fully in the diocesan Fresh Start Program for a two year period.

Developmental tasks of the Development Period The development time at __________ is geared for renewal and reenergizing the parish in its life and mission in this local community and the world. Beyond maintaining effective ministry during, the Vestry and Priest in charge shall work together to prepare for parish growth. Specific tasks to be addressed include: Discovering the congregation’s special identity, what it dreams of being and doing apart from previous clergy leadership. Dealing with shifts in leadership roles that naturally evolve in times of transition, allowing new leaders to come to the fore constructively. Renewing and reworking relationships with the diocese, so that each may be a more effective resource, partner and support to the other. Connecting and developing relationships and partnerships with community leaders, organizations and as well as other churches. A goal of _________ being an integral part in the community of ________ Priest in Charges Responsibilities The Clergy shall lead ___________ as pastor, priest and teacher, sharing in the councils of this congregation and of the whole church, in communion with our Xxxxxx. The Priest in Charge shall: Work with the Vestry and other lay leaders to maintain the regular schedule of worship services and preaching, education, pastoral care and pastoral offices (weddings, funerals, baptisms), calling upon the sick and shut-in, visiting newcomers, and ongoing administration of the parish. Supervise all parish staff in the exercise of their responsibilities and ministries, for which they shall be accountable to the Interim xxxxxx. Function as Chair of the Vestry, and support the Vestry in its responsibilities. The Priest in charge shall: Help the congregation deal with any unresolved issues arising from a former clergy’s departure. Fresh Start. In consideration of Executive's full and general release (in the form annexed hereto as Enclosure 2) of all existing rights and claims with respect to the Company and its wholly owned subsidiaries, the Company agrees to pay Executive a lump sum settlement of $1,000,000. The lump sum payment shall be made at the end of the next full pay period following the execution of this Agreement, provided that the Executive delivers the required executed release to the Company concurrently with the receipt of such payment.
Fresh Start. 36.01 The Employer agrees that, effective immediately upon Union ratification of this Collective Agreement, all employees employed at the date of ratification who have discipline shall have the records of any discipline fully expunged from their personnel files and any other files that may exist. To be clear, employees shall not be affected by any discipline records that may be on their files prior to ratification of this Collective Agreement. For employees who have discipline on their file for financial errors not serious enough to warrant immediate dismissal, discipline will continue under the current practice.
Fresh Start. The Employer proposes this article not be included in the collective agreement.

  • Manufacturing (a) The Supplier shall without limitation be responsible, at no additional cost to the Purchaser, for: sourcing and procuring all raw materials for the Products; obtaining all necessary approvals, permits and licenses for the manufacturing of the Products; providing sufficient qualified staff and workers to perform the obligations under this Purchase Agreement; implementing and maintaining effective inventory and production control procedures with respect to the Products; and handling other matters as reasonably requested by the Purchaser from time to time.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer's installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. If the Interconnection Customer is not proceeding under Section 2.3.2, the Utility must be given at least ten (10) Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Projects The Annexes attached hereto describe the specific projects and the policy reforms and other activities related thereto (each, a “Project”) that the Government will carry out, or cause to be carried out, in furtherance of this Compact to achieve the Objectives and the Compact Goal.

  • Production Work The Company may use Outside Entities to perform production work outside the plant and its environs provided the Company demonstrates that it is utilizing plant equipment to the maximum extent consistent with equipment capability and customer requirements and the Company is making necessary capital investments to remain competitive in the steel business and is in compliance with Article Eleven, Section B (Investment Commitment).

  • Quality Control A. Controlled Affiliate agrees to use the Licensed Marks and Name only in connection with the licensed services and further agrees to be bound by the conditions regarding quality control shown in attached Exhibit A as they may be amended by BCBSA from time-to-time.

  • Launch Customer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to begin distribution of the Google Desktop Applications promptly following the launch of the Desktop Portal.
