Getting to know you…. The Trial” This is the part where we get to meet and you tell me all about you. This is your opportunity to ask as many questions as you wish and to try the makeup you will hopefully be wearing for your big day. I have a very relaxed and down to earth approach and pride myself on building a good relationship and communication with my clients. I will be led by you as to what you are comfortable with makeup wise and I will advise you as to what will enhance you and make you look your best both in person and on your wedding photos. It is extremely advisable to book your trial well in advance of your wedding date as many brides book over a year in advance and no wedding date can be secured until the deposit is paid. I only use what I consider to be the “gold standard” in cosmetics based on my years of industry experience. All of the products I use are hypo-allergenic and suitable for sensitive skin. The Trial is however an excellent way to try the products I will be using on you for your wedding and ensuring any rare issues with sensitivity can be addressed. Your trial will cost £50 if attending your appointment at House of Hair Hostess in Solihull and last approximately an hour, there may be an additional charge for home calls and these are subject to my availability however we can discuss your requirements should you wish. Usually it will just be your makeup which is trialed however should any of your bridesmaids or other members of your party wish to have a trial also the cost is as above per person. Payment for the trial is required either by bank transfer before the trial or cash on the day for all members of the party who are having a makeup trial for your wedding.

You agree to comply with any request from us for further information and provide such information in a format acceptable to us. In addition, you agree that we may make, directly or through any third party, any inquiries we consider necessary to validate th e information you provide to us, including checking commercial databases or credit reports. You authorise us to obtain one or more of your credit reports, from time to time, to establish, update, or renew your E4F User Account with us and/or in the event of a dispute relating to this Agreement and activity under your E4F User Account.

OSHA Form 20 is not acceptable in lieu of this requirement unless it is modified to include appropriate information relative to “carcinogenic ingredients: and “routes of entry” of the product(s) in question

  • Reporting to Work All Contractor personnel shall report to their appropriate supervisor upon arrival at a CCI work location. Contractor Management shall ensure that Contractor personnel are given safety orientations for familiarization with potential job site hazards and emergency procedures.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH NEW YORK STATE INFORMATION SECURITY BREACH AND NOTIFICATION ACT Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the New York State Information Security Breach and Notification Act (General Business Law Section 899-aa; State Technology Law Section 208).

  • COMPLIANCE OF LAWS RELATING TO REMITTANCES 3.1 The Allottee, if resident outside India, shall be solely responsible for complying with the necessary formalities as laid down in Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 and the Rules and Regulations made thereunder or any statutory amendment(s) modification(s) made thereof and all other applicable laws including that of remittance of payment acquisition/sale/transfer of immovable properties in India etc. and provide the Promoter with such permission, approvals which would enable the Promoter to fulfil its obligations under this Agreement. Any refund, transfer of security, if provided in terms of the Agreement shall be made in accordance with the provisions of Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 or the statutory enactments or amendments thereof and the Rules and Regulations of the Reserve Bank of India or any other applicable law. The Allottee understands and agrees that in the event of any failure on his/her part to comply with the applicable guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India; he/she may be liable for any action under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 or other laws as applicable, as amended from time to time.

  • Stipulated Penalties for Failure to Comply with Certain Obligations As a contractual remedy, Xxxxxx and OIG hereby agree that failure to comply with certain obligations as set forth in this CIA may lead to the imposition of the following monetary penalties (hereinafter referred to as “Stipulated Penalties”) in accordance with the following provisions.

  • Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Contractor understands that HHS does not tolerate any type of fraud, waste, or abuse. Violations of law, agency policies, or standards of ethical conduct will be investigated, and appropriate actions will be taken. Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 321.022, if the administrative head of a department or entity that is subject to audit by the state auditor has reasonable cause to believe that money received from the state by the department or entity or by a client or contractor of the department or entity may have been lost, misappropriated, or misused, or that other fraudulent or unlawful conduct has occurred in relation to the operation of the department or entity, the administrative head shall report the reason and basis for the belief to the Texas State Auditor’s Office (SAO). All employees or contractors who have reasonable cause to believe that fraud, waste, or abuse has occurred (including misconduct by any HHS employee, Grantee officer, agent, employee, or subcontractor that would constitute fraud, waste, or abuse) are required to immediately report the questioned activity to the Health and Human Services Commission's Office of Inspector General. Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and System Agency policies regarding fraud, waste, and abuse including, but not limited to, HHS Circular C-027.   • Child Support Compliance Act If the Contract Amount is $100,000 or more, this section is applicable. Contractor recognizes the importance of child and family support obligations and fully complies with (and will continue to comply with during the Term) all applicable state and federal laws relating to child and family support enforcement, including disclosure of information and compliance with earnings assignment orders, as provided in Family Code section 5200 et seq. Contractor provides the names of all new employees to the New Hire Registry maintained by the California Employment Development Department.

  • FUTURE ACTIVITIES AND UNKNOWN CONDITIONS This Agreement shall not operate to shield the Respondent from liability arising from future activities, as of the date of execution of this Agreement.

  • Compliance with Xxxxx-Xxxxx and Related Act requirements All rulings and interpretations of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx and Related Acts contained in 29 CFR parts 1, 3, and 5 are herein incorporated by reference in this contract.
