Grievance Filing Procedure. 1. The grievant's failure to appeal or submit the grievance within the time frames provided herein shall constitute a waiver of the grievance.
Grievance Filing Procedure. Any grievance must be filed with the Employer, in writing, by an affected employee (“grievant”) or by the Guild on behalf of the grievant, within 15 business days after the event or circumstance giving rise to the grievance (“occurrence”) or within 15 business days after the Guild becomes aware of the occurrence. In cases of harassment or discrimination, failure to file a grievance in a timely fashion in one instance shall not preclude filing a grievance on a similar issue which occurs subsequently.

If filed via email, the email must be sent to the appropriate person and the Director of Human Resources/Risk and the subject line of the email must read “GRIEVANCE” and include the grievant name(s).
