Guidelines for Administering Teaching Salary Program. (a) Credit for teaching experience in a Pennsylvania public school will be given in accordance with the following: i. For present teachers, teaching experience in a Pennsylvania public school is computed on the basis of service rendered on the record card in the Office of the Superintendent. ii. Present teachers will be required to furnish evidence of previous service in a Pennsylvania public school if any service is claimed that is not contained on the service card in the Office of the Superintendent. All requirements of the guidelines apply to such service. iii. In order to obtain credit on the salary scale for previous Pennsylvania public school service, newly hired professional employees and temporary professional employees must present evidence of years of previous Pennsylvania public school service and teacher certification in accordance with all the requirements of the guidelines. This evidence is to be signed by the chief administrator of the district in which the Pennsylvania public school service was rendered. (b) A full year's credit will be given if the teacher worked ninety or more school days in one school year in a Pennsylvania public school. Only one such credit shall be given for any one school year. (c) Day-to-day substitute work will not be credited for experience. (d) Credit is not given for private, parochial, and out of state teaching experience. (e) Credit for teaching experience in schools of higher learning in Pennsylvania will be given in accordance with the guidelines contained in this Article, provided they held a Pennsylvania teaching certificate at the time the service was rendered. (f) Credit for teaching service overseas will be given when the agency for which the service is rendered is directly associated with our federal government, and the person held a Pennsylvania public school teaching certificate at the time the service was rendered. (g) Newly hired employees will not be placed on the salary scale at a salary higher than that of teachers with the same education level and years of experience. Except, however, the Board or Superintendent may determine the starting salary for a newly-hired employee with twenty-five (25) years or more teaching experience in a Pennsylvania public school. (h) Full-time substitutes shall be paid at that step on the salary schedule which is commensurate with their years of service in the New Castle Area School District to a maximum of Step 4.   • System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number.   • Compensation for Providing Information The Party requesting Information agrees to reimburse the other Party for the reasonable out-of-pocket costs, if any, of creating, gathering and copying such Information, to the extent that such costs are incurred for the benefit of the requesting Party.

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.

  • Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST XXXX MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3). These characteristics are subject to modification with the District’s written approval:

  • The Program The Program is a comprehensive commercial energy efficiency program that offers financial incentives and financing for qualifying energy efficiency measures in commercial buildings to customers who are property owners, tenants or managers (customers) of ACE in New Jersey. Customers must receive ACE electric delivery service and be in good standing. Incentives are available to customers for the purchase and installation of qualifying energy-efficiency measures at the location where the qualifying project is to be installed. ACE will not offer financial incentives for the same eligible measure to those customers who have received financial incentives or rebates from other ACE energy efficiency programs.

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Section 1. The Employer agrees to provide to the Union the statistical and program evaluation information provided to management concerning Employee Assistance Program(s). Section 2. No information gathered by an Employee Assistance Program may be used to discipline an employee. Section 3. Employees shall be entitled to use accrued sick leave for participation in an Employee Assistance Program. Section 4. Each university will offer training to local Union Stewards on the Employee Assistance Program available in their university, on university time, where an Employee Assistance Program is available.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.

It replaces any agreement previously issued to you. If this agreement changes, an amendment or new agreement will be provided.

  • Payroll Errors Any payroll error resulting in insufficient payment for an employee in the bargaining unit shall be corrected, and a supplemental check issued, not later than five (5) working days after the employee provides notice to the payroll department.
