HARDWARE MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT. Binary will provide technical advice to Acquisition personnel in maintaining and supporting the necessary hardware infrastructure at additional cost.
HARDWARE MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT. The following offerings are authorized under this category. The Contractor agrees that malfunctions that cannot be immediately diagnosed and pinpointed to a certain piece of equipment will require the participation of the Contractor until the problem resolution and responsibility is identified. In accordance with Appendix B, Clause 79, Product Acceptance, Product warranty shall become effective upon Acceptance of the Product. While under Hardware Maintenance, Contractor shall maintain the Product so as to provide Authorized User with the ability to utilize the Product without significant functional downtime to the Authorized User’s ongoing business operations in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable service descriptions. a. Services to protect the Microcomputer Hardware, including but not limited to fixes and upgrades.
HARDWARE MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT a) Maintenance and support services shall be provided by the Contractor on an annual basis. Contractor shall provide Department written notice of renewal not less than insert of days (#) days prior to the expiration date of the then current maintenance and support period. Maintenance and support shall automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month periods unless thirty (30) days prior written notice of termination is provided to the Contractor by the Department before the end of the then current term of maintenance and support services. b) Department shall be responsible for site work external to, but required for, hardware Deliverable installation and for Contractor maintenance time and material costs of hardware Deliverable repairs necessitated by Department misuse or negligence. c) Contractor shall not be responsible for the consequences of any hardware Deliverable repairs, adjustments, or modifications performed by any person not representing Contractor, however, this provision does not preclude Contractor granting approval for such performance by persons not representing the Contractor. d) Contractor shall maintain sufficient installed hardware Deliverable support services staff, replacement hardware Deliverable and ancillary equipment to satisfy the preventive and remedial maintenance requirements and Section 11. SYSTEM RELIABILITY.

HARDWARE MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT a) The Department shall be responsible for Site work required for installation of hardware Deliverable(s) and for time and costs of materials expended or incurred by Contractor to repair damage to hardware Deliverables caused by the Department. b) During the Warranty Period the Contractor shall not be responsible for the consequences of any hardware Deliverable repairs, adjustments, or modifications performed by any person not representing Contractor, unless the Contractor previously approved the performance of repairs by persons not representing the Contractor. c) During the Warranty Period, the Contractor shall maintain sufficient installed hardware Deliverable support services staff, replacement hardware Deliverable and ancillary equipment to satisfy the preventive and remedial maintenance requirements of Section 11.

HARDWARE MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT. Contractor, if requested by Department and made part of the applicable SOW, shall provide hardware maintenance and support services in conformance with the requirements of the applicable SOW. The SOW will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement and if the SOW of conflicts with this Agreement, the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement will prevail.

  • Maintenance Support State Street shall use commercially reasonable efforts to correct system functions that do not work according to the System Product Description as set forth on Attachment A in priority order in the next scheduled delivery release or otherwise as soon as is practicable.

  • Hardware Maintenance Hardware Purchased from NCR Voyix or a Reseller is eligible for coverage under NCR Voyix’s Hardware Maintenance Policy for an additional monthly fee, provided however, that some restrictions apply. Subscribed Hardware includes Hardware Maintenance at no additional charge, subject to timely payment of all fees. Provided that you are current on your payment obligations and otherwise in compliance with this Agreement, your Hardware Maintenance includes remote maintenance services and support via telephone, email or live text or chat on the terms stated at the Account Portal (you acknowledge that third-party message and data rates may apply).   • Software Maintenance Subrecipient shall apply security patches and upgrades in a timely manner and keep virus software up-to-date on all systems on which State data may be stored or accessed.

  • Routine Maintenance (i) CRC shall be responsible for Routine Maintenance when necessary or desirable to maintain the Shared Assets in a safe operating condition, and to permit and facilitate (A) the performance by CRC of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (B) the use of Shared Assets by the Operators in accordance with this Agreement. (ii) CSXT or NSR, directly or through their respective affiliates, may perform the work which CRC performed prior to the date of this Agreement when (A) CRC does not possess the skills needed for such work, (B) CRC lacks the necessary employees to do such work in a timely fashion, or (C) CRC does not possess the equipment needed to do such work. CRC and the party performing the work shall agree to a reasonable fee for such work prior to performance. CRC, CSXT and NSR may agree to have additional work performed either by CSXT, NSR or their affiliates.

  • Maintenance Services Subject to Client’s timely payment of the applicable maintenance fees, Accenture will make available the following maintenance services (“Maintenance Services”):

  • MAINTENANCE SERVICE Free maintenance services including spares shall be provided by the vendor during the period of warranty. User, at its discretion may ask the vendor to provide maintenance services after warranty period, i.e. Annual maintenance and repairs of the system at the rates indicated by bidder in its proposal and on being asked so, the vendor shall provide the same. The cost of annual maintenance and repairs cost (after warranty period), which will include cost of spares replaced, shall be paid in equal quarterly installments at the end of each quarter.

  • Vehicle Maintenance 16.1 You must report to thl as soon as possible, where the oil is above or below the recommended level or the warning indication light is illuminated. 16.2 You must add water/coolant to the cooling system and an appropriate Australian Society of Automotive Engineers rated oil for petrol or diesel powered vehicles (as applicable) to the engine if the indicator level is below minimum. 16.3 You agree to maintain the Vehicle in these conditions and acknowledge that any mechanical damage occasioned as a result of Your failure to maintain the Vehicle in accordance with this clause must be paid by You.

  • Maintenance Scheduling The NTO shall schedule maintenance of its facilities designated as NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control and schedule any outages (other than forced transmission outages) of said transmission system facilities in accordance with outage schedules approved by the ISO. The NTO shall comply with maintenance schedules coordinated by the ISO, pursuant to this Agreement, for NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control. The NTO shall be responsible for providing notification of maintenance schedules to the ISO for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification. The NTO shall provide notification of maintenance schedules to affected Transmission Owners for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification and Local Area Transmission Facilities pursuant to Section 3.5.3 of the ISO Services Tariff.

  • Compliance Support Services Provide compliance policies and procedures related to services provided by BNY Mellon and, if mutually agreed, certain of the BNY Mellon Affiliates; summary procedures thereof; and periodic certification letters. · Such Compliance Support Services are administrative in nature and do not constitute, nor shall they be construed as constituting, legal advice or the provision of legal services for or on behalf of a Fund or any other person, and such services are subject to review and approval by the applicable Fund and by the Fund’s legal counsel. · Provide access to Fund records so as to permit the Fund or TRP to test the performance of BNY Mellon in providing the services under this Agreement. · Such Compliance Support Services performed by BNY Mellon under this Agreement shall be at the request and direction of the Fund and/or its chief compliance officer (the “Fund’s CCO”), as applicable.
