Health Monitoring. If BlueVoyant detects that agents and/or log collection appliances become uncommunicative or unreachable or output has not been received from log sources that are within the scope of service, BlueVoyant will notify the Client and assist with troubleshooting.
Health Monitoring. The Board directs district staff to monitor student health in accordance with applicable Board policy and the Board-approved health and safety plan. A student may request an alternative method of monitoring as a religious accommodation, and designated district staff shall assess and respond to such request in accordance with applicable law, regulations and Board policy. A request for an accommodation that would unreasonably impair safety or cause undue hardship will not be granted. A student with a health condition that may render a monitoring method ineffective should notify designated staff so that alternative or supplemental methods may be considered. Students who may be exhibiting symptoms that indicate health concerns shall be referred to the school nurse or designated staff for further assessment and response, in accordance with Board policy.
Health Monitoring. The employer will observe the stipulations concerning this area based on the risks inherent in the work, in accordance with Law 31/1995 of 8 November on Prevention of Labour Risks or prevailing regulations. Welfare Scheme Where necessary, the employer must adopt specific measures, in accordance with Royal Decree 485/1997 of 14 April, on the minimum provisions regarding health and safety signage in the work- place, or regulations modifying it.
Health Monitoring. The employer will monitor-
(i) Employees' exposure to any minimised significant hazard; and
(ii) The health of employees in relation to the hazard, pursuant to the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act (2015) (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"). The Contractor organises annual medical check-ups for its Contractor’s Personnel and keeps up to date a medical record for each Contractor’s Personnel. The presence of Contractor’s Personnel for medical check-ups, treatment and hospitalisation is incorporated into the Contractors planning. If applicable and as recommended by a doctor or instructed by the Engineer, the Contractor provides the Contractor’s Personnel with prophylaxis and vaccinations against local diseases and vectors. In particular, the Contractor will promote the use of impregnated mosquito nets by its Contractor’s Personnel in camps or offsite lodging, and distributes these nets appropriately. The health and safety plan includes a Contractor’s Personnel health risk assessment based on exposure to dangerous substances and describes the medical monitoring implemented. The Contractor is responsible for the sanitary repatriation of Contractor’s Personnel in the event of a serious injury or illness, based on a diligent examination and a statement of the doctor in charge. The Contractor will take out the necessary insurance to cover the cost of the sanitary repatriation of its Contractor’s Personnel.
Health Monitoring. Testing as conducted through 1996 will be used as the benchmark for any future investigations into the effects of shiftwork at Cheltenham Plant. The site occupational health and safety committee will co-ordinate such investigations. Basic health monitoring will be conducted at 2 year intervals on a voluntary basis

Health Monitoring. 40.1.1. In respect of any direction by the CFA for an employee to attend a doctor or health professional for the purposes of health monitoring:
(a) the CFA will meet all expenses incurred in connection with the direction and the employee will be treated as on-duty for all time associated with the monitoring.
