Holidays Occurring During Vacation. In the event one of the above listed holidays occurs during an employee’s vacation, at the discretion of the Departmental Director, the employee may: 1. Receive holiday pay, in addition to vacation pay, with no additional time off; or 2. The vacation day may be rescheduled to a date mutually acceptable to the Departmental Director and the employee.
