Hour Personnel Sample Clauses

Hour Personnel. All fire fighters and officers assigned to a 24-hour schedule shall be granted forty-eight hours of personal leave time annually. Such personal leave shall be earned at the rate of twelve hours for each three months actually worked.
Hour PersonnelNormal hours of duty for forty (40) hour personnel shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except for emergencies and agreed upon flex time. If there is a need to change shift schedules for a period of time the City shall be allowed to do so and will give reasonable notice of the change. These changes shall be for a minimum of five (5) working days unless otherwise agreed to by the City and SAFO.
Hour PersonnelThe allowance shall consist of a base which shall be the amount in effect at the end of June in each fiscal year, plus one cent per hour for each 0.4 change in the index up to a maximum of 25.93 cents per hour which shall include the base which existed at the end of June in each respective year. In no event shall the allowance exceed 25.93 cents per hour.
Hour Personnel. The personnel assigned to a forty (40) hour schedule will be normally assigned to work within the five (5) day period of Monday through Friday with a start time no earlier than 0600 and an end time of no later than 1800 and not longer than ten (10) hours per day. Any temporary variation in said schedule through the year must be agreed upon by the Chief and the individual affected.

Hour Personnel. All personnel assigned to an eight hour schedule shall be granted thirty-two hours of personal leave time annually. Such leave time shall be earned at the rate of eight hours for each three months actually worked. 1. Such leave will not cause another member to be called in on an overtime basis; 2. Prior approval is received from the Department Head or his designee; 3. If the Unit is in a Super Xxxxx cycle, the leave time cannot be approved until the last day of the cycle prior to the leave requested. Personal leave time shall not be taken in advance of the three-month period in which it is earned. However, in cases of special need, the Chief of the Department may approve the use of a personal leave day in advance with the understanding that should the employee's employment with the City be terminated prior to his/her having earned said personal leave day, a dollar amount equal to the employee's daily gross wage shall be deducted from his/her final pay.

The cost of living allowance shall be paid to each employee in one lump sum at the end of each quarter next following July 1st of each year. Such compensation shall include vacation payments, holiday payments, and call-in pay. Cost of living adjustments shall not be considered as part of the base wage for purposes of collective bargaining.
Hour Personnel. A normal shift for an employee shall consist of eight (8) hours per shift and scheduled for, five (5) days followed by two (2) days off. Under this agreement this covers the position of Fire Inspector.
Hour Personnel. ‌ Communicators and EMS Team personnel will be allowed a meal period at any time during as near as practical to the middle of their shift while covering their duties at the same time. Fire Inspectors and Sprinkler Technicians will be allowed a 30 minute unpaid scheduled meal period as near as practicable to the mid-point of their assigned shift.
Hour PersonnelBargaining unit members assigned to staff positions shall be paid an additional six percent to current wage and salary schedule, while active in staff position. If the member is moved back to a shift schedule then the additional six percent shall cease. This shall NOT apply to light duty personnel.
