Income Verification. All household income and source(s) must be documented. Acceptable documents may be income tax returns, pay stubs, VA Disability/Pension award letters, Department of Social & Health Services (DSHS) documents, Social Security grant/award letters, Labor and Industry payment letters, unemployment check stubs/award notices, or any other documents deemed necessary. If an applicant claims they have no income in the recent past or currently have no income, the applicant will be required to show how current rent, utilities, food, and other bills are being paid. Self-employed applicants must bring valid income accounting records, business tax I.D. number, business license, (if applicable), or other documentation deemed acceptable.
Income Verification. Homeowner (or Homeowner's lawfully designated representative in the event of the death of Homeowner) shall deliver or cause to be delivered to City no later than thirty (30) days prior to the date of Transfer the following information: the Social Security Number(s) (if available) of the proposed Transferee if the proposed Transferee is a natural person or persons; copies of the federal and state income tax returns if filed by the proposed Transferee for the prior two (2) calendar years if the proposed Transferee is a natural person or persons; copies (if available) of the two most current wage earning statements of proposed Transferee if a natural person or persons; a certification as to the income and family size of the proposed Transferee if a proposed Transferee(s) is/are natural persons; and any other information that city may reasonably require to verify the income of the proposed Transferee. Homeowner shall also deliver, for the purpose of City approval, the following: (A) an agreement by the proposed Transferee to assume the obligations of an owner of the Affordable Unit as set forth in this Covenant in such form as the City may request, and (B) a written statement signed by the proposed Transferee (in a form reasonably acceptable to the City Attorney) that authorize City to inspect, use, and rely on the information provided by the proposed Transferee, and waiving and releasing any right or claim that such proposed Transferee might otherwise have in the absence of such written authorization to maintain the privacy or confidentiality of such information. The information, statements, agreements, and other documents that a proposed Transferee is required to provide pursuant to this subsection (b) are collectively the "Income Verification Materials." Homeowner shall have the obligation to collect and compile all Income Verification Materials from the proposed Transferee of the Affordable Unit.
Income Verification. The Proponent shall take such steps as are necessary to verify Household Income does not exceed the Initial Income Limit for each Affordable Housing Unit prior to that Affordable Housing Unit’s Initial Occupancy, determined in accordance with the Region’s eligibility and income verification guide for the Program and in a form acceptable to the Region.
Income Verification. Please provide at least two of the following types of documentation to verify income for everyone in your household (list- ed in order of preference). All forms of income must be reported (child support, spousal support, etc.). Tax Return - Previous 2 Years Bank Statements IRS Form W-2 Proof of Participation in Governmental Assistance programs such as Paycheck Remittance food stamps, CDIC, Medicaid or AFDC Employer Verification Social Security, Workers Compensation or Unemployment Compensation Determination Letters If you are unable to provide one of the sources of income documentation listed above, please explain why this information is not available: (OPTIONAL) AiRS will not use this information to discriminate, but it may assist XxXX in receiving funding.
Income Verification. The Grantor represents, warrants and covenants that through [insert date 2 years from the date of initial notice of effective termination date under the curative notice provisions of 760 CMR 64.03 (5)] the determination of whether a Tenant occupying a Restricted Unit meets the income requirements set forth herein shall be made by the Grantor at the time of leasing of a Restricted Unit and thereafter at least [insert either: annually or actual schedule required by the expiring / expired restriction] on the basis of the current income of such Tenant. In initially verifying a Tenant’s income, the Grantor shall examine the source documents evidencing annual income (e.g., wage statements, interest statements, unemployment compensation statements) for the Tenant. Within thirty (30) days of [insert date 2 years from the date of initial notice of effective termination date under the curative notice provisions of 760 CMR 64.03 (5)], and annually thereafter until the expiration of this Restriction, Grantor shall provide to Holder a list of all tenants at the Property, detailing which tenants qualify as “Protected low-income tenants” as defined in X.X. x. 40T, § 1, and which do not, the basis for such classification, the amount of rent paid as of [insert date 1 day before 2 years from the date of initial notice of effective termination date under the curative notice provisions of 760 CMR 64.03 (5)] by each protected low-income tenant, the amount of rent paid on each annual anniversary of that date, the amount of subsidized rent paid on behalf of each protected low-income tenant as of each such date, the basis for calculating the rent of each protected low-income tenant as of each such date, the rent to be paid by each protected low- income tenant for the following 12 months pursuant to X.X. x. 40T, § 7, and confirmation that this information has been provided to each protected-low income tenant. The agreement to report under this Paragraph 7 shall survive this Restriction until the Grantor complies with the requirements of this Paragraph 7.
Income Verification. During the Project Rental Period, Owner shall, at Owner's sole cost and expense, determine and verify the eligibility of Very Low Income Households and Moderate Income Households for the rental of the Affordable Units in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Regulatory Agreement.
Income Verification. Employment verifications and other income verifications obtained in accordance with this paragraph are valid for 120 days (180 days for proposed new con- struction). Income verifications must be valid at the time the conditional commitment is issued.
(i) An RHS approved form or the equivalent HUD/FHA/VA or Xxxxxx Xxx form will be used to verify em- ployment income of the loan applicant except when the applicant is self-em- ployed. The form will be signed by the applicant or borrower or accompanied by an authorization for a release of in- formation form signed by the applicant or borrower and sent directly to the employer by the Lender. The Lender should also obtain copies of the three most recent paycheck stubs. The infor- mation in the employer verification should be compared to the information in the paycheck stubs for consistency.
(ii) Income information that cannot be obtained by use of this form will be obtained in writing from third parties to the extent possible.
(iii) Alimony and/or child support payments will be verified by obtaining a copy of the divorce decree or other legal document indicating the amount of the payments. When the applicant states that less than the amount awarded is received, the Lender will re- quest documentation from the official entity through which payments are re- ceived or other third party able to pro- vide the verification when payment is not made through an official entity in- dicating the amounts and dates of pay- ments to the applicant during the pre- vious 12 months.
(iv) When it is not feasible to verify income in paragraph (e)(1)(iii) of this section through third parties, the Lender is authorized to accept an affi- davit from the applicant stating the ef- fort made to collect the amount award- ed and the amounts and dates of pay- ments received during the previous 12 months.
(v) Applicants and borrowers deriving their income from a farming or busi- ness enterprise will provide current documentation of the income and ex- penses of the operation. In addition, historic information from the previous fiscal year must be presented.
(vi) Social Security, pension, and dis- ability income may be verified by ob- taining a copy of the most recent award or benefit letter prepared and signed by the authorizing agency. This verification will be considered valid only for 1 year from the date of the award or benefit letter.
Income Verification. For each loan in the Sample Pool, we confirmed whether, where required in accordance with the Issuer’s documentation underwriting policy, there was evidence on the loan file that income confirmation had been obtained. Evidence is defined as a copy of a P60, employer’s reference, bank statements, payslips, accountant certificate or financial statements. We found that there was evidence of income confirmation on the loan file, [except for x cases /with no exception]. As a result of the procedures performed there is a 99% confidence that not more than x% of the First Pool Run contained errors.
Income Verification. Grantee shall complete income verification for participants upon program enrollment and, thereafter, shall complete income recertification annually, at minimum, to ensure continued eligibility. During annual income recertification, Grantee shall revisit participant rent calculations and determine an appropriate rental contribution;
Income Verification. Participant shall verify the income of each proposed and existing tenant of the Required Affordable Units.
