Wage Statements. The Employer agrees to furnish each employee, on regular established paydays, a wage statement showing the name of the employee, period covered, hours worked, rate of pay, total amount of wages paid and deductions made.

Wage Statements. I. The Employer agrees to furnish each employee for every pay period a state ment setting forth the information relative to hourly rates of pay, hours worked, etc., in accordance with the recordkeeping requirements as established in the State of Washington Minimum Wage Act.
Wage Statements. 27.01 The Employer shall give each employee their wage statements the day before payday stating all the following:
(a) The Employer=s name and address;
(b) The hours worked by the employee;
(c) The employee=s wage rate, whether paid hourly or other incentive basis;
(d) The employee=s overtime wage rate;
(e) The hours worked by the employee at the overtime wage rate;
(f) Any money, allowance or other payment the employee is entitled to;
(g) The amount of each deduction from the employee=s wages and the purpose of each deduction;
(h) If the employee is paid other than by the hour, how the wages were calculated for the work the employee is paid for;
(i) The employee=s gross and net wages;
(j) How much money/hours the employee has taken from the employee=s time bank and how much remains;
(k) Two (2) banks for overtime - A & B, CONVERTED TO REGULAR HOURS AT TIME EARNED; and
(l) Two (2) banks for vacation - A & B, DAYS CONVERTED TO HOURS.
(m) Where a TSM identifies a significant error in her/ his pay and upon confirmation that there is a discrepancy, the employer will provide a xxxxx cash payment or payment by direct deposit to ensure prompt correction for discrepancies of one hundred dollars ($100.00) net of tax and statutory deductions or higher, within two (2) working days of receiving notice from the TSM.

RETURN TO WORK PROGRAM The parties recognize that prevention of injuries and rehabilitation of injured employees are equally important goals. The parties further recognize that return to work programs are part of a continuum of injury prevention and rehabilitation. The Employer and the Union are committed to a voluntary, safe return to work program that addresses the needs of those able to return to work, and recognizes the specific needs of each employee who participates. Prior to entry into a return to work program, the employer, the employee and the Union representative(s) shall discuss the planned program and its duration. The details of the return to work program will be confirmed in writing to the employee and the Union. HUMANITY FUND The parties recognize the value in contributing to the CEP Humanity fund. The works of the fund meet with the Local union’s vision of participating in projects dedicated to working together with workers throughout Canada and internationally to build better and sustainable work environments as well as to ameliorate the sufferings of those affected by natural disasters and poverty. Through the donations of CEP workplaces across Canada as well as matching contributions from CIDA, the parties’ participation is recognized as an important initiative which is realized many times over in its humanitarian impact. The employer will deduct on behalf of all employees in the bargaining unit, an amount from their pay equivalent to one cent per hour worked for the purposes of the humanity fund. Where an employee objects to the above mentioned deduction, and the union is informed of such, this amount shall not be deducted. The union will maintain the list of contributors to the plan. Wage Statements. At the time of payment of wages, the Association employer shall give to each Employee a statement in ink or indelible pencil showing the amount of each and every deduction from the wages, including administrative dues check-off as provided in Article XX, section 10. The statement shall also show the employee’s Social Security number and signatory Association employer’s name and employer identification number or state that it is issued by a payroll company on the signatory employer name’s behalf. Art. VIII. Sec. 5. - Time sheets may be provided by the Association employer. If provided, time sheets shall be filled out by each JOURNEYPERSON and apprentice, upon request of the Association employer.

Effective January 1, 2014, the Employer shall furnish each employee with itemized electronic wage statements describing each deduction, including the type of deduction and the amount. Also, such statements shall show the inclusive dates for the pay period and shall detail the number of regular hours worked, overtime hours worked, if any, and each applicable penalty or premium being paid during the pay period.
