Infojini’s Recruitment Methodology. As we receive a staffing request from the State, our recruiting team will immediately search its database to identify available local candidates with appropriate skills who best suit the requirement. We will also use other recruiting tools to provide you the highest caliber candidates within a week at lowest cost. Infojini will use the following response recruitment strategy in responding to the requisitions received by the State as shown in the following figure.
