Employee Standards. Employees shall:
5.1 Project a friendly and attentive demeanor, and have a positive attitude towards customers and fellow employees at all times.
5.2 Provide appropriate attention to customers ordering, asking questions, or needing assistance and not gather to chat while on duty.
5.3 Make every effort to satisfy a customer’s needs, even when those needs are outside the employee’s scope of work.
5.4 Maintain appropriate eye contact and a pleasant tone of voice while conversing with customers and fellow employees.
5.5 Provide each customer with correct change, a receipt, and a “thank you.”
5.6 Be well informed, capable of providing directions and knowledgeable about where and how to obtain requested information or service for customers.
5.7 Remain calm when encountering an upset customer, try to calm the customer, listen carefully and show empathy with the customer’s problem. When encountering a dissatisfied customer, employees should obtain the facts; state any applicable policy clearly and politely; and be able to offer a solution or an adequate alternative to the customer. If unable to satisfy the customer or resolve the issue, employees shall direct the customer to the immediate supervisor.
5.8 Be trained on how to obtain assistance to resolve customer questions, address language barriers, and respond to medical and operational emergencies.
5.9 Refrain from using foul or inappropriate language at all times. Employees shall not:
5.10 Eat, drink or chew gum in the view of customers.
5.11 Sleep on duty or in a public area.
5.12 Use cell phones and personal music devices while on duty.
5.13 Wear sunglasses indoors while on duty, unless medically required and accompanied by a doctor’s note. Additionally, to support employee standards, Lessee shall ensure:
5.14 Employees have sufficient cash available immediately upon opening to make change for early morning sales.
5.15 All complaints be dealt with promptly and documented appropriately.
Employee Standards. 4.2.1 Lessee shall recruit, train, supervise, direct, and deploy the optimum number of employees to match the service requirements of this Lease. Each employee shall: (1) be clean, neat, free from offensive body odor, professional, courteous, friendly, and not wear excessive amounts of jewelry, perfume, or cologne; (2) wear Lessor-approved uniforms and clearly display an Airport security identification badge showing the names of the employee and employer at all times while at the Airport. If an employee is found within a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) without an Airport security identification badge clearly displayed, Lessee shall discipline, and, if necessary, discharge, the employee.
4.2.2 Lessee shall provide services in English to meet the expectations of the traveling public, whom are predominantly domestic passengers at the RCC. Offering services in other languages is encouraged but not required. Lessor reserves the right to require Lessee to increase staffing levels if the customer service requirements set forth in this Lease are not being met in Lessor’s judgment. Lessee should anticipate peak travel seasons such as Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other holidays, and add additional staff accordingly.
4.2.3 Lessee and its Partners shall hire from the pool of current RCC F&B/R employees who are employed by the current RCC F&B/R concessionaire and retain those F&B/R concession employees for ninety (90) days. Lessee and its Partners may only interview employee candidates outside this pool of F&B/R concession employees when there are no longer any employees of the current RCC F&B/R concessionaire available to hire in the same job classification.
Employee Standards. Concessionaire shall recruit, train, supervise, direct, and deploy the optimum number of employees to match the Service Standards set forth above. Each employee shall: (1) be clean, neat, and attired in the approved uniform; (2) be free from offensive body odor; (3) be professional, courteous, and friendly to the public; (4) not wear excessive amounts of jewelry, perfume, or cologne; and (5) wear the employee’s Airport identification at all times, showing the names of both the Concessionaire and the employee, within the guidelines of all local, state and federal laws. Concessionaire shall discipline and, if necessary, discharge any employee who fails to conform to the foregoing standards while working at the Airport.
Employee Standards. To provide fair and equitable working conditions, remuneration and satisfying work together with high standards of workplace health, safety and equal opportunity.
Employee Standards. All employees shall meet the highest standards of professionalism and personal integrity. Standards of professionalism include competency, training, appearance, and behavior. The Service Provider shall take disciplinary action against employees who disregard those standards. The Service Provider shall perform pre-employment suitability checks for all employees and prospective employees.

Employee Standards. Operator shall recruit, train, supervise, direct, and deploy the optimum number of employees to match the service standards set forth above. Each employee shall: (1) be clean, neat, and attired in the approved uniform; (2) be free from offensive body odor; (3) be professional, courteous, and friendly to the public; (4) not wear excessive amounts of jewelry, perfume, or cologne; and (5) wear the employee’s Airport identification at all times while on duty, showing the names of both the Operator and the employee, within the guidelines of all local, state and federal laws. Operator shall discipline and, if necessary, discharge any employee who fails to conform to the foregoing standards while working at the Airport. Contractor’s employees are not employees of the City, and all management of the employees shall be the sole responsibility of the Operator.
Employee Standards. Concessionaire shall at all times recruit and retain a sufficient number of qualified, competent, and experienced employees at the Airport to conduct its operations. Concessionaire's employees shall be clean, professional, courteous, efficient, and neat in appearance. All employees shall be appropriately and professionally attired and must wear Concessionaire's identification name tag at all times. Concessionaire's identification name tag shall clearly display the name of Concessionaire and the name of the employee. Concessionaire's employees shall not use improper language or act in a loud, boisterous, or otherwise improper manner, and must comply with all Airport regulations (including security and RCC regulations). The Contract Administrator shall be the sole judge as to whether the conduct or actions of any employee is objectionable pursuant to this section, and if so judged, Concessionaire shall take all steps necessary to eliminate the conditions that have occasioned such judgment. Concessionaire and its employees shall maintain a friendly, cooperative (although competitive) relationship with the Concessionaires, and shall not engage in open or public disputes, disagreements, or conflicts that may deteriorate the quality of the vehicle rental services or be incompatible to the best interests of the public or the Airport.

Employee Standards. VENUWORKS will employ trained and neatly uniformed employees and said employees shall conduct themselves at all times in a proper and respectful manner. Any dismissal shall be in accordance with VENUWORKS' corporate policy and applicable federal, state and local laws which may be in effect and, further, shall be in compliance with applicable union or labor organizational agreements which may be in effect at the time of said dismissal and VENUWORKS shall defend, indemnify and save CITY harmless from any claim, cause of action, expense (including attorneys' fees) lost, cost or damage of any kind or nature arising there from, except in the case of express written direction from CITY.
