Inspection and Delivery. CUSTOMER shall inspect the Equipment at the time it takes possession. CUSTOMER’s receipt of the Equipment constitutes its acknowledgment and agreement that the Equipment is in satisfactory condition. CUSTOMER shall pay all charges associated with transporting the Equipment to and from the job site, unless otherwise agreed to by ISCO in writing. ISCO shall have the right, from time to time, during reasonable business hours, to enter CUSTOMER’s premises or elsewhere for the purpose of inspecting the Equipment.

Inspection and Delivery. 9.1 Upon completion of the Work for each interim payment, the Contractor shall request an inspection by the Consultant. 9.2 Upon completion of the Work, the Contractor shall request a final inspection for the Work by the Consultant. 9.3 When the Work has passed the final inspection by the Consultant with the certificate of completion of the Work issued by the Consultant and approved by the Client, the Work shall be delivered to the Client.
Inspection and Delivery. 31.1. Vehicles shall be available for inspection throughout the build process, arranged cooperatively by the Vtrans and the contractor. If out-of-state travel is required, the contractor shall cover any reasonable travel costs incurred for up to three VTrans staff. 31.2. All vehicles shall have the plow and wing installed to check for proper fit and be run through all functions with the plow and wing on. The systems shall be checked for leaks. The fluid levels of all trucks shall be adjusted to ½ to ¾ full on the sight gauge. 31.3. Provisions shall be made for a pre-delivery inspection of groups of five (5) vehicles, at the contractor's local site. The contractor shall supply an indoor, heated, and lighted bay for this inspection. Defects will be identified and corrected prior to delivery. 31.4. Trucks shall be delivered to the VTrans Central Garage in Berlin, VT, or to another VTrans facility. 31.5. It is expected that the first chassis will be available to the contractor within (60) sixty days after award and all subsequent chassis on a regular schedule to be determined at time of award. The complete plow and body upfit systems described herein are expected to be completed within a (30) thirty-day window after receipt at the upfit contractor.
Inspection and Delivery. Notwithstanding any other agreement to the contrary, Seller shall perform a thorough inspection of all goods to be delivered to Buyer, with such inspection sufficient to identify nonconforming goods. Goods that were not subject to such inspection or that were found to be nonconforming shall not be shipped to Buyer. Time and quantity of supply are of the essence. Goods delivered after the required delivery date or prior to 10 days in advance of the required delivery shall, at Buyer's options, not be required to be accepted by Buyer and shall be returnable to Seller at Seller's sole risk and expense. If the goods are not ready for delivery in time to meet Xxxxx’s delivery schedules, Seller shall be responsible for additional costs of any resulting or other special transportation. All goods shall be suitably packed for shipment to prevent damage. Seller will include a numbered packing list with each shipment, referencing the relevant Order number. All items shipped must be clearly identified with the part number referenced on Buyer's Order. For supplies that contain potentially hazardous materials, Seller will provide all material documentation as required by law. Seller shall comply with all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations pertaining to product and warning labels. Title and (except as otherwise provided herein) risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to Buyer when the goods are delivered to Xxxxx's address specified on the face of the Order.

The Contractor shall cover the cost of additional pre-shipment inspection by the agency in case the equipment and materials are not certified and additional cost accrues. 11.5 When the certificate(s) of receipt of the Equipment is(are) issued by the Client or issued by the Consultant and approved by the Client, after passing all the required inspections stated in Sub-Paragraphs 11.3 and 11.4, the Equipment shall be delivered to the Client.
Inspection and Delivery. Unless mutually agreed, all works shall be completed as per schedule of proposed progress from the commencement date as established per Contract Release for all work to be performed. The commencement date will be the beginning date stated on the letter of mobilization.
