Inspection and Delivery. CUSTOMER shall inspect the Equipment at the time it takes possession. CUSTOMER’s receipt of the Equipment constitutes its acknowledgment and agreement that the Equipment is in satisfactory condition. CUSTOMER shall pay all charges associated with transporting the Equipment to and from the job site, unless otherwise agreed to by ISCO in writing. ISCO shall have the right, from time to time, during reasonable business hours, to enter CUSTOMER’s premises or elsewhere for the purpose of inspecting the Equipment.
Inspection and Delivery. 9.1 Upon completion of the Work for each interim payment, the Contractor shall request an inspection by the Consultant.
9.2 Upon completion of the Work, the Contractor shall request a final inspection for the Work by the Consultant.
9.3 When the Work has passed the final inspection by the Consultant with the certificate of completion of the Work issued by the Consultant and approved by the Client, the Work shall be delivered to the Client.
Inspection and Delivery. 31.1. Vehicles shall be available for inspection throughout the build process, arranged cooperatively by the Vtrans and the contractor. If out-of-state travel is required, the contractor shall cover any reasonable travel costs incurred for up to three VTrans staff.
31.2. All vehicles shall have the plow and wing installed to check for proper fit and be run through all functions with the plow and wing on. The systems shall be checked for leaks. The fluid levels of all trucks shall be adjusted to ½ to ¾ full on the sight gauge.
31.3. Provisions shall be made for a pre-delivery inspection of groups of five (5) vehicles, at the contractor's local site. The contractor shall supply an indoor, heated, and lighted bay for this inspection. Defects will be identified and corrected prior to delivery.
31.4. Trucks shall be delivered to the VTrans Central Garage in Berlin, VT, or to another VTrans facility.
31.5. It is expected that the first chassis will be available to the contractor within (60) sixty days after award and all subsequent chassis on a regular schedule to be determined at time of award. The complete plow and body upfit systems described herein are expected to be completed within a (30) thirty-day window after receipt at the upfit contractor.
Inspection and Delivery. Notwithstanding any other agreement to the contrary, Seller shall perform a thorough inspection of all goods to be delivered to Buyer, with such inspection sufficient to identify nonconforming goods. Goods that were not subject to such inspection or that were found to be nonconforming shall not be shipped to Buyer. Time and quantity of supply are of the essence. Goods delivered after the required delivery date or prior to 10 days in advance of the required delivery shall, at Buyer's options, not be required to be accepted by Buyer and shall be returnable to Seller at Seller's sole risk and expense. If the goods are not ready for delivery in time to meet Xxxxx’s delivery schedules, Seller shall be responsible for additional costs of any resulting or other special transportation. All goods shall be suitably packed for shipment to prevent damage. Seller will include a numbered packing list with each shipment, referencing the relevant Order number. All items shipped must be clearly identified with the part number referenced on Buyer's Order. For supplies that contain potentially hazardous materials, Seller will provide all material documentation as required by law. Seller shall comply with all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations pertaining to product and warning labels. Title and (except as otherwise provided herein) risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to Buyer when the goods are delivered to Xxxxx's address specified on the face of the Order.

When the Construction Work has passed the final inspection of the Consultant with the certificate of completion of the Construction Work issued by the Consultant and approved by the Client, the Construction Work shall be delivered to the Client.
11.3 Upon completion of the Installation Work, the Contractor shall request a final inspection of the Consultant for the Installation Work. When the Installation Work has passed the final inspection of the Consultant with the certificate of completion of the Installation Work issued by the Consultant and approved by the Client, the Installation Work shall be delivered to the Client.
11.4 Pre-shipment inspection of the equipment and materials shall be carried out by an inspection agency assigned by the Consultant. The Contractor shall assist the agency in the pre-shipment inspection. The Contractor shall cover the cost of additional pre-shipment inspection by the agency in case the equipment and materials are not certified and additional cost accrues.
11.5 When the certificate(s) of receipt of the Equipment is(are) issued by the Client or issued by the Consultant and approved by the Client, after passing all the required inspections stated in Sub-Paragraphs 11.3 and 11.4, the Equipment shall be delivered to the Client.
Inspection and Delivery. Unless mutually agreed, all works shall be completed as per schedule of proposed progress from the commencement date as established per Contract Release for all work to be performed. The commencement date will be the beginning date stated on the letter of mobilization.

12.3 Upon completion of the Installation Work, the Contractor shall request a final inspection of the Consultant for the Installation Work. When the Installation Work has passed the final inspection of the Consultant with the certificate of completion of the Installation Work issued by the Consultant and approved by the Client, the Installation Work shall be delivered to the Client.
12.4 Pre-shipment inspection of the equipment and materials shall be carried out by an inspection agency assigned by the Consultant. The Contractor shall assist the agency in the pre-shipment inspection. The Contractor shall cover the cost of additional pre-shipment inspection by the agency in case the equipment and materials are not certified and additional cost accrues.
12.5 When the certificate(s) of receipt of the Equipment is(are) issued by the Client or issued by the Consultant and approved by the Client, after passing all the required inspections stated in Sub-Paragraph 12.3 and 12.4, the Equipment shall be delivered to the Client.
Inspection and Delivery a) The goods will be delivered in accordance with the agreed delivery schedule, set forth in the Order/Contract, at the port, airport or the stores/warehouse of Purchasers forwarder, as set forth in the Order/Contract, or as designated by the Purchaser, as applicable and the price agreed upon includes such delivery.
b) Where the provisions of the Purchase Order/Contract or the Specification require that the Goods be inspected by the Purchaser or its authorized representative(s) prior to delivery, the Supplier shall provide the Purchaser or the representative with access to the Goods prior to Delivery where the Purchaser has elected to conduct such inspection. Any inspection by the Purchaser shall not release the Supplier from its obligations under the Purchase Order/Contract.
c) Title to the goods shall pass to Purchaser upon delivery of possession, or control over the goods, to Purchasers representative, at the designated port or location, unless otherwise provided.
d) Where the value of the Order is in excess of $ 2,000 or the equivalent thereto, based on the applicable exchange rate, between the U.S. Dollar and the currency nominated in the Order ,as set out by the Bank of Israel on the first working day prior to the date of issuance of the Order/Contract) and there is/are delays in delivery of more than 10 days beyond the specified delivery date/s (excluding delay/s for which the Supplier is not liable under the Contract), the Supplier shall pay to the Purchaser, as liquidated damages, one percent (1%) of the Contract/Order value of the delayed goods, per full week of delay, beginning on the first week of delay, provided that the total maximal amount of liquidated damages, payable to the Purchaser, shall not exceed 10% of the total Contract/Order value.
