Supervision and Training. During the term of this agreement, Party A shall regularly or irregularly provide guidance, inspection and supervision to Party B's business activities without affecting Party B's normal business. Party B shall follow the advice and guidance of Party A or its appointed supervisor in the business process. Party A shall continuously provide Party B with the necessary marketing, service or technical guidance for business operation, and provide necessary assistance to Party B.. When Party B has after-sales service requirements, Party B shall notify Party A of the service requirements and contents in writing, and Party A shall give a reply within 24 hours after receiving the notice from Party B to confirm the service contents and time.
Supervision and Training. Supervision and Training. The program coordinator (or representative) will hold regular supervision sessions for volunteers. Volunteers may approach the program coordinator or manager (or authorized representative) at any time to discuss an issue. Orientation will be given to the volunteer prior to commencement of duties. Volunteers will receive the training and ongoing support needed to successfully undertake their work.
Supervision and Training a. The Camp Sponsors shall be solely responsible for the conduct of all persons using the Facilities or while on University property at its express or implied invitation under the terms of this Agreement.
b. The Camp Sponsors shall be responsible for supervising its officers, agents, employees, guests, patrons, or invitees while anywhere on University property and shall provide qualified, properly trained and responsible adult supervisors to ensure compliance with all rules, regulations and procedures for use of the Facilities throughout the entire term of this Agreement. Camp Sponsors shall also employ suitably qualified athletic trainers as required by the Summer Camp Policy in numbers appropriate to the risks of the camp activity and the medical needs of camp participants in order to minimize the risk of illness or injury to attendees.
c. The Camp Sponsors shall conduct all background checks of its agents and employees as are required by applicable local, state and Federal laws.
d. The Camp Sponsors are responsible for providing all necessary and appropriate safety instruction to all of its employees and to all participants and attendees at the Camp.
e. Notwithstanding the foregoing, University reserves the right at all times to eject anyone whose conduct is unlawful or is interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or participation of others using the Facilities.
Supervision and Training. In most instances you will have an on-site supervisor where you are assigned. In some cases the supervisor may be a volunteer. Most training occurs on the job; however agency staff training and workshops may be available. A record of your training is kept for your future use. The Volunteer Services Program may be used as a reference for employment or volunteer opportunities which you seek. We keep a record of your volunteer work and encourage you to note your work on job applications. The State of Oregon, the County, and some other employers recognize volunteer time as valid job experience.

Supervision and Training. 4.1. Xxxxxxxx is yet to determine who will be your pupil upon the commencement of your Pupillage. However, you will be informed of their identity and contact details in good time before the Pupillage begins.
4.2. You will normally have three nominated pupil supervisors each for a period of between three and six months. You will be notified of your intended supervisors for the full length of your Pupillage before your Pupillage commences.

4.5. The BSB requires that pupils are assessed during Pupillage against the competences in the BSB’s Professional Statement (Bar Qualification Manual Part 2 C5). Accordingly:
4.5.1. At the end of your Pupillage, subject to satisfactory completion of a final assessment against the competences in the BSB’s Professional Statement, your pupil supervisor will give the required notification to the BSB.
4.5.2. In the event that you do not pass an assessment against the competences of the BSB’s Professional Statement at the end of the non-practising period. This right is likely to be exercised by Xxxxxxxx unless there are extenuating circumstances.
4.5.3. In the event that you do not pass a final assessment against the competences of the BSB’s Professional Statement at the end of the practising period your Pupillage will end on the date set out in clause 2 and your pupil supervisor will be unable to notify the BSB that you have demonstrated the required competences. In the event that Xxxxxxxx considers that your failure to demonstrate the required competence is the result of absence from training due to sickness or other extenuating circumstances, Xxxxxxxx may in its absolute discretion consider whether an extension or deferral of Pupillage might be appropriate to enable you to complete your training (with the duration of any permitted extension reflecting the period necessary to demonstrate competence rather than the period of absence).

The Supervisor of ILP Services shall provide a minimum of 9 one (1) hour of individual supervision per week to Youth 11 Support Specialist staff that work directly with youth/young 12 adults and two (2) hours of group supervision per month to 14 the direct service staff. ILP direct service staff shall complete a minimum of twenty 17 (20) hours of training per year that includes topics related to 18 identification and prevention of child abuse, adolescent 20 issues, and training relevant to ILP services to be provided. CONTRACTOR shall obtain ADMINISTRATOR’s prior 23 written approval on training topics eligible for 24 reimbursement under the terms of this Contract.
