LABOUR STANDARDS. (a) the Contractor shall comply with the existing local labour laws, regulations and labour standards (b) the Contractor shall formulate and enforce an adequate safety program with respect to all work under his contract, whether performed by the Contractor or subcontractor. The Contractor has assurance from the Employer of cooperation where the implementation of these safety measures requires joint cooperation. (c) Upon written request of the Employer the Contractor shall remove or replace any of his employees employed under this Contract. Add the following Sub-Clause 35.2 and 35.3.

(e) The Company shall not engage in or support discrimination in hiring, remuneration, access to training, promotion, termination, or retirement based on race, national or social origin, caste, birth, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, marital status, union membership, political opinions, or age.
LABOUR STANDARDS. 1. The Contracting Parties, in accordance with their obligations under relevant ILO instruments, recognise that the violation of fundamental principles and rights at work cannot be used as an encouragement for the establishment, acquisition, expansion and retention in their territories, of an investment. 2. Each Contracting Party reaffirms its commitment to respect, promote and implement in its law and practices in its whole territory core labour standards as embodied in the fundamental ILO Conventions that it has ratified. The Parties shall make continued and sustained efforts to ratify the fundamental ILO Conventions if they have not yet done so.
LABOUR STANDARDS. Members shall ensure that fair labour standards are maintained in their respective sugar industries and, as far as possible, shall endeavour to improve the standard of living of agricultural and industrial workers in the various branches of sugar production and of growers of sugar cane and sugar beet.

LABOUR STANDARDS. Seller warrants that the Goods shall be produced in facilities that comply with local law and any safety, labor or employment, and environmental standards adopted by Buyer. Seller and its subcontractors shall comply with all applicable laws relating to labor relations and human rights in the production of Goods and its work places. Seller warrants that no child, prison, forced or involuntary labor shall be used by Seller or its subcontractors in the production of Goods. Seller and its subcontractors shall maintain a work place free from physical abuse and any practice in violation of local law. Seller and its subcontractors shall provide a healthy, safe work environment, wages and benefits as required by law, freedom of association and reasonable working conditions.
