Lead Organisation. West Sussex Association of Local Councils, with Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Executive Officer as the accountable person. WSALC will work in close association with Action in rural Sussex, in particular with the team led by Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Head of Rural Enterprise.
Lead Organisation. Age UK Camden is the Ageing Better in Camden lead organisation and is solely responsible to Big Lottery Fund for the delivery of the programme in accordance with Big Lottery Fund terms and conditions. Age UK Camden is responsible for all financial and contractual arrangements for the project. This includes any sub-contracts issued as part of the project to deliver services or supply goods. The details of these arrangements will be governed by a separate legal agreement. Age UK Camden will be responsible for all funds received from Big Lottery Fund and will not be liable to make payments to delivery partners until they have received grant payments from Big Lottery Fund. Age UK Camden will provide quarterly project performance reports to the Strategic Partnership including finances. The other roles and responsibilities of Age UK Camden as lead organisation are outlined within the Partnership Agreement and appendix.

Each party agrees; 2.2.1 to abide by the terms of this partnership agreement and the terms and conditions in relations to the project and the use of the grant; 2.2.2 to comply with any and all reasonable requirements of BMSC relating to the project, the use of the grant, monitoring and reporting requirements, record keeping and access to information; 2.2.3 to only use the monies received from BMSC for the purpose of the project and not to use the monies for any spending commitments made before the date of the grant agreement; 2.2.4 that the parties who receive monies through the grant shall be jointly and severally liable for the repayment of the grant in the event that the HE seeks to recover part or all of the grant; and 2.2.5 to comply with any and all additional requirements which the HE may impose upon BMSC.

  • Technical and Organisational Measures (1) Before the commencement of processing, the Supplier shall document the execution of the necessary Technical and Organisational Measures, set out in advance of the awarding of the Order or Contract, specifically with regard to the detailed execution of the contract, and shall present these documented measures to the Client for inspection. Upon acceptance by the Client, the documented measures become the foundation of the contract. Insofar as the inspection/audit by the Client shows the need for amendments, such amendments shall be implemented by mutual agreement. (2) The Supplier shall establish the security in accordance with Article 28 Paragraph 3 Point c, and Article 32 GDPR in particular in conjunction with Article 5 Paragraph 1, and Paragraph 2 GDPR. The measures to be taken are measures of data security and measures that guarantee a protection level appropriate to the risk concerning confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the systems. The state of the art, implementation costs, the nature, scope and purposes of processing as well as the probability of occurrence and the severity of the risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons within the meaning of Article 32 Paragraph 1 GDPR must be taken into account. In this respect, it is permissible for the Supplier to implement alternative adequate measures. In so doing, the security level of the defined measures must not be reduced.
