License Grant and Restrictions on Use. 2.1 TFM grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferrable, limited right to install and use the Mobile Application on a single mobile telephone or device controlled by You (each a "Mobile Device"), and to access and use the Services on such Mobile Device strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this License and the applicable Usage Rules.

Customer shall not: (a) rent, lease, copy, sell, provide access to or sublicense Carriots to any third party or any license or other rights thereto, in whole or in part, (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise seek to obtain the source code to Carriots, except to the minimum extent expressly required by applicable law (and then only upon advance written notice to Altair), (c) modify Carriots or any Documentation, or create any derivative work from any of the foregoing, (d) remove or obscure any product identification, trademarks, proprietary, copyright or other notices contained in Carriots (including any reports or data printed via the use of Carriots), (e) incorporate Carriots into any other offering (whether software as a service or otherwise), (f) use Carriots to develop a product which is competitive with any of Altair’s or Altair’s affiliates product offerings,

Your Use of the Software is authorized only for the number of Designated Stations invoiced to you by Reseller.

(a) Super hereby grants to you, subject to the terms and conditions of this License and for so long as you comply with the terms and conditions of this License, a personal, nonexclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license (without the right to sublicense) solely to access and use the Services and the App (including updates and upgrades that replace or supplement it in any respect and which are not distributed with a separate license, and any documentation related thereto) for your personal use on a compatible mobile device that you own or control, subject to the limitations set forth below. You may not use our Services or the App for any other purpose without our express prior written consent. This License does not permit you to install or use the App on a mobile device that you do not own or control and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Super.
