Location and Scheduling. With the approval of the College, eligible dual enrollment students may take the courses described herein during regular class periods at SBCC school sites in fall and/or spring terms, in approved times in fall or spring terms outside of the regular class periods at the SBCC school sites, or during any fall and/or spring scheduled term in FSCJ facilities or online. SBCC may not require students to register for only those dual enrollment classes offered at the SBCC school sites, but may limit students from taking a course online or at an FSCJ campus if that same course is also offered at their home SBCC School. Dual Enrollment in classes offered on Military Base sites is limited to dependents of military personnel with active ID’s and prior base access.
Location and Scheduling. In general, Training will be held either at the Airbus Service Company Training Center, in Miami, Florida (the "ATC-Miami"), or at the Airbus Training Center in Toulouse, France (the "ATC-Toulouse"). Subject to availability of training slots at the time and at the selected location, the location of the Training will be at the Buyer's choice. The Seller will ensure that the Buyer's training plans (to be provided to the Seller reasonably in advance of the delivery of Aircraft) are implemented for a safe and smooth entry-into-service of the Aircraft. However, certain Training courses may also be held at the Buyer's base or other location, if practicable, under terms and conditions to be mutually agreed. The Buyer's training plans will include: (i) just-in-time (determined on a reasonable basis) training of flight crews, (ii) all necessary simulator time for regular transition courses, and (iii) aircraft experience for check pilots, and (iv) maintenance, dispatch and flight attendant training. Training courses will be scheduled for a minimum and maximum number of participants, at dates mutually agreed during a training conference to be held as soon as practicable (the "Training Conference").

In such circumstances, students and faculty members affected will be given all possible support to ensure students have the greatest chance of success. The Board may not require students to register for only those dual enrollment classes offered at the Board school sites, but may limit students from taking a course at an FSCJ campus if that same course is also offered at their home school. The preferential location for courses for dual enrollment registration will be: 1. On the high school campus whenever available 2. At the FSCJ/NCSD Joint use Xxxxx "Red" Xxxx Technical Center if State Core General Education courses are available 3. At other FSCJ campuses, centers, or online.   • Dispatch and Scheduling 6.1.1 The SPD shall be entirely responsible to schedule its power as per the applicable regulations / requirements / guidelines of CERC / SERC /SLDC / RLDC or any other competent agency and same being recognized by the RLDC/SLDC or any other competent authority / agency as per applicable regulation/ law / direction and maintain compliance to the applicable Codes/ Grid Code requirements and directions, if any, as specified by concerned SLDC/RLDC from time to time. Any deviation from the schedule will attract the provisions of applicable regulation / guidelines / directions and any financial implication on account of this shall be on the account of the SPD. 6.1.2 The SPD shall be responsible for directly coordinating and dealing with the Buying Entity, State Load Dispatch Centres, Regional Power Committees, and other authorities in all respects in regard to declaration of availability, scheduling and dispatch of power and due compliance with deviation and settlement mechanism and the applicable Grid code Regulations, acknowledging that the SPD and Buying Entity are the Grid connected entities and SECI as an Intermediary Procurer/ trading licensee is not a Grid connected entity in respect of the power contracted under this Agreement. 6.1.3 The SPD shall be responsible for any deviation from scheduling and for any resultant liabilities on account of charges for deviation as per applicable regulations. UI charges on this account shall be directly paid by the SPD. 6.1.4 Auxiliary power consumption will be treated as per the concerned Central/State regulations. 6.1.5 Further, in case of any difference in scheduled energy at the interfaces of all the RLDCs concerned for the corridor of the power flow, including the RLDC of the Buying Entity, SECI will make payments corresponding to the lowest of the individual energy values to the SPD, until rectification of the above error.

  • Records and Schedules of Equipment Each Borrower shall keep accurate and complete records of its Equipment, including kind, quality, quantity, cost, acquisitions and dispositions thereof, and shall submit to Agent, on such periodic basis as Agent may request, a current schedule thereof, in form satisfactory to Agent. Promptly upon request, Borrowers shall deliver to Agent evidence of their ownership or interests in any Equipment.

  • HOURS OF WORK AND SCHEDULING 15.01 The normal hours of work for an employee are not a guarantee of work per day or per week, or a guarantee of days of work per week. The normal hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7-1/2) hours per day, and seventy-five (75) hours in any bi-weekly period. 15.02 The normal daily shift shall consist of seven and one-half (7 ½) consecutive hours, exclusive of a one-half (1/2) hour unpaid meal period. For employees working the night shift, this one-half (1/2) hour will be paid. Employees shall be entitled to a fifteen (15) minute paid break during each half of the normal daily shift, at a time designated by the Employer. An employee may combine her rest periods in order to have one (1) thirty (30) minute break, providing she has prior approval from the Director of Nursing. When a meal period is interrupted requiring an employee to attend to a work related problem, then the balance of the unused meal period will be taken within two (2) hours of the interruption. If the employee is unable to reschedule such time, she shall be paid time and one-half (1½) her regular straight time hourly rate for all time worked in excess of her normal daily hours, in accordance with Article 16.01. 15.03 Employees required for reporting purposes shall remain at work for a period of up to fifteen (15) minutes which shall be unpaid. Should the reporting time extend beyond fifteen (15) minutes however, the entire period shall be considered overtime for the purposes of payment. 15.04 Requests for change in posted work schedules must be submitted in writing and co-signed by the employee willing to exchange days off or shifts and are subject to the discretion of the Administrator or her designate. In any event, it is understood that such a change initiated by the employee and approved by the Employer shall not result in overtime compensation or payment or any other claims on the Employer by any employee under the terms of this Agreement. 15.05 Where there is a change to Daylight Savings from Standard Time or vice-versa, an employee who is scheduled and works a full shift shall be paid for the actual hours worked at her regular straight time hourly rate. 15.06 There shall be no split shifts. (a) There shall be a minimum of sixteen (16) hours off between changes of shift unless mutually agreed otherwise. (b) An employee shall not be required to work more than seven (7) consecutive days without days off, unless mutually agreed to by the employee and the Employer. (a) Any employee who is working a permanent shift as of December 31, 1996 shall not be transferred to another shift without their consent.
