Maintenance Management Program. The Operator shall develop and implement a comprehensive computer-based maintenance management program that develops readily available historical data, including an inventory of spare parts and provisions for enforcing existing equipment warranties and guarantees and maintaining all warranties on new equipment purchased after the Commencement Date, and of providing documentation thereof to the Township for the System. Such a comprehensive maintenance management program shall include preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance for all components of the System. The Operator shall maintain a comprehensive maintenance program for all functions of the System that includes preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance for all: buildings and structures; vehicles and other related rolling stock; electrical systems and instrumentation; mechanical equipment; laboratory, monitoring and sampling equipment; heating, ventilation and air conditioning; communication equipment; computer system equipment; chemical feed facilities; transmission and distribution facilities; pumping facilities; auxiliary power facilities; SCADA system; and other structures. The maintenance management program shall: Ensure efficiency, long-term reliability and conservation of capital investment in accordance with industry standards; Be otherwise in accordance with industry standards; local, state and federal codes; manufacturer's equipment recommendations; and an O&M Manuals be developed by the Operators; Provide for timely generation and/or updating of O&M Manuals; Be documented as required by the Township; and Provide enforcement of existing equipment warranties or guarantees and maintain all warranties on new equipment purchased after the Commencement Date of the Agreement.
Maintenance Management Program. The contractor shall provide satisfactory service, repair and maintenance in a timely and cost-efficient manner through an equipment maintenance management program for all office, mail, communications, security, medical/hospital, and research/laboratory, mechanical, and facilities equipment listed in Exhibit A.
Maintenance Management Program. Veolia will supply a maintenance management program to track preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance. The MMS system will be maintained to schedule maintenance activities, track completion dates, and provide detail on work order notes, subcontracted services, tracking of warranties and warranty claims, and parts and materials detail. In addition the maintenance management system will provide documentation of work performed in an organized manner that will be made available to Customer on demand. Veolia will also monitor and, if necessary, modify preventive maintenance procedures based on Facility performance.

The Systems will be improved by the City’s funded Ongoing Capital Improvement Program identified in Exhibit C. 7) The Company obligations with respect to having a comprehensive maintenance program for storm drain pipes and other pipes and mains will depend upon the ability of the Company to locate said pipes and mains by above-surface means. The responsibility for the cost to maintain and/or repair pipes from the main to the residence will be as is required by the current City ordinance as in effect on the Commencement Date.

Be in accordance with industry standards; local, state and federal codes; manufacturer's equipment recommendations; and existing O&M Manuals. Provide for timely updating and/or generation of O&M Manuals. Be performed at regular intervals and in sufficient detail as required by the City. Be documented as required by the City. Provide enforcement of existing equipment warranties or guarantees and maintain all warranties on new equipment purchased after the effective date of the Agreement.

The employee should provide sufficient evidence in such instances; and 6.6.5 An overall score will be calculated based on the total of the individual scores calculated above.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Maintenance Manual No later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Project Completion Date, the Contractor shall, in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer, evolve a maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project Highway in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, safety requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority’s Engineer. The Authority’s Engineer shall review the Maintenance Manual within 15 (fifteen) days of its receipt and communicate its comments to the Contractor for necessary modifications, if any.

  • Performance Management 17.1 The Contractor will appoint a suitable Account Manager to liaise with the Authority’s Strategic Contract Manager. Any/all changes to the terms and conditions of the Agreement will be agreed in writing between the Authority’s Strategic Contract Manager and the Contractor’s appointed representative. 17.2 The Contractor will ensure that there will be dedicated resources to enable the smooth running of the Framework Agreement and a clear plan of contacts at various levels within the Contractor's organisation. Framework Public Bodies may look to migrate to this Framework Agreement as and when their current contractual arrangements expire. The Contractor will where necessary assign additional personnel to this Framework Agreement to ensure agreed service levels are maintained and to ensure a consistent level of service is delivered to all Framework Public Bodies. 17.3 In addition to annual meetings with the Authority's Strategic Contract Manager, the Contractor is expected to develop relationships with nominated individuals within each of the Framework Public Bodies to ensure that the level of service provided on a local basis is satisfactory. Where specific problems are identified locally, the Contractor will attempt to resolve such problems with the nominated individual within that organisation. The Authority's Strategic Contract Manager will liaise (or meet as appropriate) regularly with the Framework Public Bodies' Contract Manager, and where common problems are identified, it will be the responsibility of the Contractor to liaise with the Authority's Strategic Contract Manager to agree a satisfactory course of action. Where the Contractor becomes aware of a trend that would have a negative effect on one or more of the Framework Public Bodies, they should immediately notify the Authority's Strategic Contract Manager to discuss corrective action. 17.4 Regular meetings, frequency to be advised by Framework Public Body, will be held between the Framework Public Bodies' Contract Manager and the Contractor's representative to review the performance of their Call-Off Contract(s) under this Framework Agreement against the agreed service levels as measured through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Reports will be provided by the Contractor to the Framework Public Bodies' Contract Manager at least 14 days prior to the these meetings. 17.5 Performance review meetings will also be held annually, between the Authority's Strategic Contract Manager and the Contractor's representative to review the performance of the Framework Agreement against the agreed service levels as measured through Key Performance Indicators. A summary of the quarterly reports will be provided by the Contractor at least 14 days prior to these meetings. 17.6 The Authority will gather the outputs from contract management to review under the areas detailed in the table below. Provision of management reports 90% to be submitted within 10 working days of the month end Report any incident affecting the delivery of the Service(s) to the Framework Public Body 100% to be reported in writing to FPB within 24 hours of the incident being reported by telephone/email Prompt payment of sub-contractors and/or consortia members (if applicable).
