Reconditioning Sample Clauses
Reconditioning. If, in Contractor's reasonable opinion, a shop reconditioning of any unit of Equipment is necessary because normal repair or replacement of parts cannot keep such unit in good operating condition, Contractor will submit a cost estimate of needed repairs. If Customer does not authorize such additional work and agree to pay the proposed charge, Contractor may terminate this Contract with respect to such unit.
Reconditioning. At the end of twelve (12) months of maintenance service or any time thereafter, if individual item(s) cannot, in Vendor’s opinion, be properly or economically repaired on site due to excessive wear or deterioration, Vendor shall supply the Customer with a quote for reconditioning at Vendor’s product repair center or other factory repair location. However, failure to accept Vendor’s offer to recondition shall not relieve Vendor of its maintenance obligations under and during the term of this Agreement.
Reconditioning. Rebuilding, reconditioning or major overhauls necessitated by usage not in accordance with manufacturer’s published specifications, which shall be provided upon Customer’s request, are not covered by an Order. In addition, if Ricoh determines that a reconditioning is necessary as a result of normal wear and tear of materials and age factors caused by normal usage in order to keep the Equipment in working condition, Ricoh will submit to Customer an estimate of the needed repairs and the cost for such repairs (which costs will be in addition to the charges payable under this Maintenance Agreement). If the Customer does not authorize such reconditioning, Ricoh may, at its option: (a) discontinue service of the Equipment under an Order and refund any unused portion of the Maintenance Charges, or (b) refuse to renew an Order upon its expiration. After any such termination, Ricoh will make service available on a “Time and Material Rate” basis at Ricoh’s then prevailing rates at the time of service.
Reconditioning. In the event that we determine, in our sole discretion, that repairs to any of the Equipment is no longer commercially reasonable and any of the Equipment requires reconditioning then we may notify you that reconditioning is necessary and provide you with our estimated additional fees, in addition to the Service Fees, for completing the reconditioning. In the event that you do not agree to pay our additional fees for reconditioning any Equipment, we may at any time at our election and without repudiating our obligations under these Service Terms, terminate these Service Terms or cease providing services in respect of the Equipment that we have determined requires reconditioning.
Reconditioning. If, in the opinion of MBS, a reconditioning is necessary because normal repairs and replacement of parts cannot maintain the Serviced Equipment in satisfactory operating condition, MBS may submit a cost estimate of needed repairs for reconditioning which shall be in addition to the maintenance charges. If the Client does not authorize such work, MBS may in its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement.
Reconditioning. To recondition any Dehydrated Raisins only in the presence of an inspector of the Inspection Service and in conformity with the procedures acceptable to such Inspection Service;
Reconditioning. The reconditioning process shall not create risks to the health and safety of those responsible for doing so and minimize its impact on the environment. It shall be operated in accordance with applicable legislation on contact sensitive materials, waste and industrial emissions.
Reconditioning. Reconditioning and similar major overhauls of Serviced Products may be covered by applicable manufacturer warranties, but are not covered by this Agreement or any Order. If Ricoh determines that such actions may be necessary as a result of normal wear and tear of materials and age factors caused by normal usage in order to keep the Serviced Products in working condition, Ricoh will submit to Customer an estimate of the needed repairs and the cost for such repairs (which costs will be in addition to the Service Charges payable under the Order).
Reconditioning. When a shop reconditioning is necessary, or the manufacturer’s life expectancy of the Equipment has been exceeded, and normal repairs and parts replacement cannot keep a unit in satisfactory operating condition, TLG will submit to Customer a cost estimate of needed repairs which will be in addition to ordinary maintenance/service charges. If Customer does not authorize such work, TLG may refuse to renew this Maintenance Agreement for such unit, and/or refuse to continue providing service to such unit under this Maintenance Agreement, furnishing service only on a “Per Call” basis.
Reconditioning. Prior to return of the Equipment, Lessee shall:
(i) ensure that all battered ends are trimmed off square with a standard handling hole 6” from each end; notching over 12” is not permitted;
(ii) clean each separate, straight piece so that both sides are free from mud, concrete, or any other debris;
(iii) decontaminate all material;
(iv) remove any material welded to sheeting and any welded pieces not removed shall result in an additional charge to Lessee;
(v) ensure that each piece of piling is straight with redrivable interlocks; bent, twisted, or spliced sheets are not acceptable;
(vi) patch all cut out windows from tie backs;
(vii) ensure interlocks remain continuous throughout, without cutouts, for acceptance back into inventory; windows should not interfere with interlock plane;
(viii) furnish material as singles or doubles and material shipped in doubles should be returned as doubles;
(ix) separate all corners from wall sheets. The following is not acceptable:
(I) any material returned in triples, quadruples, double corners, or corners attached to sheeting;
(II) sheets or corners that cannot be separated;
(III) staggered lengths of paired sheets; uneven pairs will be trimmed to match the reusable length of the shorter pile after reconditioning. All of the foregoing are subject to Xxxxxx's final inspection and acceptance and interlock integrity is in the sole discretion of Meever.
