RECONDITIONING. If, in Contractor's reasonable opinion, a shop reconditioning of any unit of Equipment is necessary because normal repair or replacement of parts cannot keep such unit in good operating condition, Contractor will submit a cost estimate of needed repairs. If Customer does not authorize such additional work and agree to pay the proposed charge, Contractor may terminate this Contract with respect to such unit.

RECONDITIONING. Rebuilding, reconditioning or major overhauls necessitated by usage not in accordance with manufacturer’s published specifications, which shall be provided upon Customer’s request, are not covered by an Order. In addition, if Ricoh determines that a reconditioning is necessary as a result of normal wear and tear of materials and age factors caused by normal usage in order to keep the Equipment in working condition, Ricoh will submit to Customer an estimate of the needed repairs and the cost for such repairs (which costs will be in addition to the charges payable under this Maintenance Agreement). If the Customer does not authorize such reconditioning, Ricoh may, at its option: (a) discontinue service of the Equipment under an Order and refund any unused portion of the Maintenance Charges, or (b) refuse to renew an Order upon its expiration. After any such termination, Ricoh will make service available on a “Time and Material Rate” basis at Ricoh’s then prevailing rates at the time of service.
RECONDITIONING. At the end of twelve (12) months of maintenance service or any time thereafter, if individual item(s) cannot, in Vendor’s opinion, be properly or economically repaired on site due to excessive wear or deterioration, Vendor shall supply the Customer with a quote for reconditioning at Vendor’s product repair center or other factory repair location. However, failure to accept Vendor’s offer to recondition shall not relieve Vendor of its maintenance obligations under and during the term of this Agreement.
RECONDITIONING. In the event that we determine, in our sole discretion, that repairs to any of the Equipment is no longer commercially reasonable and any of the Equipment requires reconditioning then we may notify you that reconditioning is necessary and provide you with our estimated additional fees, in addition to the Service Fees, for completing the reconditioning. In the event that you do not agree to pay our additional fees for reconditioning any Equipment, we may at any time at our election and without repudiating our obligations under these Service Terms, terminate these Service Terms or cease providing services in respect of the Equipment that we have determined requires reconditioning. Postage Meters. You are responsible for and must pay all costs, expenses or fees associated with or in connection with a licence between you and Australia Post for any Postage Meter. You must pay any Reset Fees and postage costs unless those fees or costs are expressly required to be paid by us under these Service Terms.

RECONDITIONING. When a shop reconditioning is necessary, or the manufacturer’s life expectancy of the Equipment has been exceeded, and normal repairs and parts replacement cannot keep a unit in satisfactory operating condition, Function 4 will submit to Customer a cost estimate of needed repairs which will be in addition to ordinary maintenance/service charges. If Customer does not authorize such work, Function 4 may refuse to renew this Pages Agreement for such unit, and/or refuse to continue providing service to such unit under this Pages Agreement, furnishing service only on a “Per Call” basis.
RECONDITIONING. 30.1 If Excalibur IT reasonably considers that an item of Equipment requires reconditioning then Excalibur IT may submit an estimate of the cost of reconditioning to the Customer. The cost of reconditioning will be in addition to the Hardware Maintenance Charge. If the Customer does not accept the cost estimate then Excalibur IT shall be entitled to vary this Agreement forthwith to delete all reference to the item of Equipment requiring reconditioning. In such an event Excalibur IT will refund any part of the Hardware Maintenance Charge which has been paid in advance and which is attributable to the relevant Equipment for the period following its deletion.
