Maximum Accumulation of Vacation. Vacation accrued but not used shall accumulate to a maximum of eight hundred and forty (840) hours on June 30 of any calendar year. If an employee has, as of June 30, an amount of vacation in excess of eight hundred and forty (840) hours, the excess shall be deducted from the employee's vacation balance. However, if circumstances cause the Employer to refuse an employee's timely request for vacation, the amount of vacation refused will be carried over.

Maximum Accumulation of Vacation. 1. Vacation time may be accumulated to a maximum of twice the unit employee’s annual accrual. Vacation accrued after reaching the maximum balance shall be paid to the unit employee in the regular paycheck for each pay period. 2. The maximum consecutive vacation time, including any holiday in-lieu time attached to the vacation that a unit employee can select in a single selection is one year's accumulation. 3. The second year's vacation time goes into the Telestaff distribution system. 4. If no volunteers are found the member desiring the time off must find voluntary relief for those days in excess of one year's accumulation.

For example: if an employee earns four (4) weeks’ vacation a year, the maximum he/she could have on the books at one time would be eight (8) weeks.   • Accumulation of Vacation Leave Credits An employee shall earn vacation leave credits for each calendar month during which the employee receives pay for at least ten (10) days at the following rate:

  • Sick Leave Accumulation (a) An employee is eligible to accumulate sick leave with full pay at the rate of 16 working hours for each 173 1/3 hours of service. (b) The maximum number of days of sick leave which may be awarded to an employee during any consecutive twenty (20) year period of service shall not exceed 3840 hours.

  • Restoration of Vacation Leave In the event an employee is injured or becomes ill while on vacation leave, the employee may submit a written request to use sick leave and have the equivalent amount of vacation leave restored. The supervisor may require a written medical certificate.

  • Vacation Accrual Rates Laid off employees who are re-employed shall have the vacation accrual rate they held immediately prior to layoff restored.

  • Vacation Leave Accrual Rate Schedule Full Years of Service Hours Per Year

  • Accumulation of Sick Leave The unused portion of an Employee's sick leave shall accrue for her future benefit, up to a maximum of one hundred and thirty (130) days.

  • Maximum Contribution The total amount you may contribute to an IRA for any taxable year cannot exceed the lesser of 100 percent of your compensation or $6,000 for 2019 and 2020, with possible cost- of-living adjustments each year thereafter. If you also maintain a Xxxx XXX (i.e., an IRA subject to the limits of Internal Revenue Code Section (IRC Sec.) 408A), the maximum contribution to your Traditional IRAs is reduced by any contributions you make to your Xxxx IRAs. Your total annual contribution to all Traditional IRAs and Xxxx IRAs cannot exceed the lesser of the dollar amounts described above or 100 percent of your compensation.
