MEDICAL SUPPORT. Lessee renting the arena for a Youth Rodeo Event shall employee an ambulance service and maintains an ambulance and staff at the fairgrounds during all events. Failure to provide this service will be grounds for the lessor to terminate this agreement immediately and cancel any event in progress and Lessee shall forfeit all sums paid.
MEDICAL SUPPORT. 6.1 The Ministry shall ensure that medical support services are available 24 hours a day to the Visiting Team on an as-needed basis. The medical support shall include first aid in emergencies in the training areas, and immediate transportation and admission to a hospital for serious emergencies. During any training involving live chemical agents, simulants or toxic chemicals, the Ministry will ensure that a military doctor is on duty at the training facility, and that appropriately equipped medical personnel and a mobile ambulance are present at the training site.
6.2 The Ministry will provide, or arrange for the provision of, any additional medical or dental care requested by the Visiting Team at the cost of the individual members of the Visiting Team.
MEDICAL SUPPORT. Consistent with Section 4.3 above, (i) UT will coordinate with the CCC, Central Health, and Seton in developing and staffing programs that will provide medical and clinical services through the Faculty and Residents that will benefit the residents of Xxxxxx County and (ii) UT Faculty and Residents licensed, privileged, or otherwise authorized to provide patient care services shall be available to participate in the IDS.
MEDICAL SUPPORT. B.7.1. Casualty evacuation will be carried out by road and/or by air, as required.
B.7.2. The Ministry will arrange acetylcholinesterase testing of all Visiting Team members (once upon arrival and once prior to departure) in order to establish a baseline for red blood cell acetylcholinesterase levels. Results of all acetylcholinesterase testing will be given to the Visiting Team.
B.7.3. The Visiting Team will provide the Ministry with a copy of the health insurance certificates for all individuals who will participate in training activities.
B.7.4. The Ministry will provide assistance and support, on a cost-recovery basis, to any Visiting Team members required to stay behind in the Slovak Republic for medical reasons after the departure of the Visiting Team.
MEDICAL SUPPORT. Employees assigned to the hospital, mental or correctional institutions and who are laboratory technologists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, clinical biochemists, dietitians, or respiratory care practitioners shall be compensated for time worked in excess of their regularly scheduled tour of duty or eighty (80) hours per pay period at premium rates, i.e., one and one-half (1-1/2) times the employee’s base hourly rate. Further, such employees shall be compensated for time worked in excess of four (4) hours over and above their regularly scheduled shift at double time rates, i.e., two (2) times the employee’s base hourly rate. Effective December 3, 2022, this article will apply to the clinical therapist classifications.

MEDICAL SUPPORT. 5.1. Medical support may be provided to the SF in accordance with the NATO SOFA and other applicable agreements. SF is expected to be financially responsible for the payment of medical care and other services, to include emergency medical evacuation provided by civilian medical facilities. SF is expected to coordinate and pay for strategic medical evacuation of SF personnel, should it become necessary.
5.2. Prior to arrival to HN territory, all SF personnel present in HN territory under this arrangement should have valid health insurance to cover the cost of required medical treatment that may occur.
MEDICAL SUPPORT. Licensee will ensure that each ship will have medical professionals on board, including a physician, except as otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties’ respective medical advisory teams. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for charter vessels where there is a physician available in each port and Guests can have easy access to such physicians within a day, a medical professional is not required to be on board. In the event Licensee is unable to secure a physician for its owned U.S. flagged vessels, a nurse practitioner, or physician’s assistant shall satisfy this requirement if permitted by Applicable Law and acting under the direction of Licensee’s lead medical doctor. Licensee will ensure that for all Trips all expedition leaders, Trip leaders, and naturalists are trained in First Aid, carry First Aid kits and appropriate equipment to facilitate a medical evacuation, including an AED on shore, an automated external defibrillator, and a reasonable supply of customary and appropriate medications available.
