Meeting Protocol. At the commencement of bargaining, the parties will confer and make good faith efforts to agree on methodologies, ground rules, and timelines that will be observed, as well as contract issues and interests if known.
Meeting Protocol. Conduct at a board meeting is very important. We desire to have a legacy of a well-functioning, effective board. We agree to avoid words and actions that create a negative impression on an individual, the board or the district. We will be open-minded and willing to deeply listen to all speakers/presenters. We agree that we can disagree and will do so using common courtesy and respect for others. We will not react to impromptu complaints on the spot but will assure any individual(s) that the school district will follow up.
Meeting Protocol a. Meetings will be held at the call of either chairperson, on a day and time mutually agreed upon. b. Meetings shall be conducted in the Health Unit offices unless otherwise agreed. c. The chairperson shall cause an agenda to be prepared for the meeting from those items submitted at least ten working days prior to the meeting. Copies of the agenda shall be distributed to all members of the committee at least 5 days prior to the meeting. d. All agenda items will include a brief outline of the subject matter so that all committee members may be prepared for meaningful discussion and disposition. Discussion will be confined to matters on the agenda except for emergency matters added by mutual consent. e. Disposition of an item on the agenda may be accomplished as follows: i) by mutual agreement ii) by referral to a more appropriate forum or by deferral iii) by cancellation iv) by specifying an appropriate follow-up action plan

  • Meeting Agendas Each Party will disclose to the other proposed agenda items along with appropriate information at least three (3) business days in advance of each meeting of the applicable Committee; provided, that a Party may provide its agenda items to the other Party within a lesser period of time in advance of the meeting, or may propose that there not be a specific agenda for a particular meeting, so long as such other Party consents to such later addition of such agenda items or the absence of a specific agenda for such Committee meeting.
