Meeting Protocol. At the commencement of bargaining, the parties will confer and make good faith efforts to agree on methodologies, ground rules, and timelines that will be observed, as well as contract issues and interests if known.
Meeting Protocol. Conduct at a board meeting is very important. We desire to have a legacy of a well-functioning, effective board. We agree to avoid words and actions that create a negative impression on an individual, the board or the district. We will be open-minded and willing to deeply listen to all speakers/presenters. We agree that we can disagree and will do so using common courtesy and respect for others. We will not react to impromptu complaints on the spot but will assure any individual(s) that the school district will follow up.
Meeting Protocol a. Meetings will be held at the call of either chairperson, on a day and time mutually agreed upon.

Meeting Protocol. REDI-Net Board meetings shall be held in compliance with the New Mexico Open Meetings Act, Sections 10-15-1 through 10-15-4 XXXX 0000. The Secretary of the REDI-Net Board shall keep minutes of all REDI-Net Board meetings. As provided in the bylaws or other procedures adopted by the REDI-Net Board, each REDI-Net Board member shall be entitled to case one vote in connection with any action to be taken by the REDI-Net Board.
