Minimum Crews. It is understood that there are various types and sizes of moles and mining machines which may necessitate increasing or decreasing the crew size, in which event the Individual Employer and the Union shall agree at the Pre-Job Conference upon the crew size to perform the operation and repair of said equipment. If the Individual Employer and the Union are unable to agree upon the crew size, the matter shall be referred for resolution in accordance with the provisions of Section 18.00.00 of this Agreement.
Minimum Crews. (a) The minimum crew for the operation of a heading shield, mole or mining machine shall be a mole or mining machine Operator, Oiler and one (1) other employee. It is understood there are various types and sizes of moles and mining machines which may necessitate increasing or decreasing the crew size on these types of machines in which event the Contractor and the Union shall agree at a pre-job conference upon the crew size to perform the operation and repair of said equipment.
(b) On tunnel headings where the operating, repair or servicing of equipment is per- formed, the tunnel repairman or other employees covered by these tunnel provisions shall be utilized.
Minimum Crews. 12.01 For all uses

b) When work is not required in the area of responsibility, the following shall be the exception to 12.01 a):
i) For on-stage Wardrobe maintenance calls of costumes that cannot be maintained in the Wardrobe Shop, the minimum crew shall be:
a) Head Electician
ii) For motion pictures, public videotape presentations and slide presentations when operated from the projection booth of Southam Hall, the minimum crew shall be:
a) Head Electrician b) Projectionist
iii) For auditions and lectures, no minimum crew necessary.
iv) For theatrical walkthroughs and ballet spacing rehearsals, scheduled no more than two (2) hours before the performance call, no minimum crew necessary.
v) When a scenic artist (and assistant(s)) is required to work on stage there shall be a minimum of one Head of Department assigned to assist the artist as necessary, unless said scenic artist (and assistant(s)) is a member in good standing of the Union.
vi) For day to day maintenance of existing equipment specific to a department, no minimum crew required.
Minimum Crews. 9.1 The minimum number of Employees required shall be as follows:
a) No Employees are required when no stagecraft equipment is used.
b) a minimum of two (2) Employees shall be required at any time where it is not safe and/or not reasonable for a worker to be working alone, such as but not limited to: Working at height, heavy lifting, confined spaces, when other persons are not contactable within the vicinity of the job site.
c) a minimum of four (4) Employees shall be required when Setup or strike of G.I.T.
D. supplied audience risers where the risers are heavy, the risers are cumbersome, or the structure exceeds 4.5’ in height.
Minimum Crews. 14.01 The Producer agrees to honour the minimum crew specified by the yellow card where such is applicable, and further agrees not to reduce the number of workers working the performance of a yellow card production unless such show has been modified.
Minimum Crews. 22.01 For presentations in the Foundation’s auditoriums the Minimum Crews for seasonal calls shall be as follows: Festival Theatre one (1) Assistant House Manager one (1) Parking Attendant two (2) Senior Ushers four (4) Ushers three (3) Food & Beverages Staff Royal Xxxxxx Theatre four (4) Ushers one (1) Food & Beverages Staff Court House Theatre one (1) Senior Xxxxx four (4) Ushers one (1) Food & Beverages Staff Where the performance is shorter than one (1) hour, the Foundation may schedule a bartender at its discretion.
22.02 In the Festival Theatre, when the Food and Beverage Manager (or his/her designate) is not present, a designated (senior- trained) Bartender will receive the Senior Bartender hourly rate.
22.03 On Friday evenings, Saturdays, Sundays and during rentals (excluding rentals to elementary and secondary schools) tickets shall be taken by ushers. This shall not impact upon the minimum staffing requirements.
Minimum Crews. IN SEASON
24.01 Minimum Crews for all seasonal calls shall be filled according to Schedule B - Order of Hiring.
a) On the Festival stage, for rehearsals presentations, meetings, lectures and any similar event utilizing the full stage the minimum crew shall be:
i. one (1) stage xxxxxxxxx ii. one (1) electrician
b) On the Royal Xxxxxx or Court House stage, for rehearsals, presentations, meetings, lectures and any similar event utilizing the full stage, the minimum crew will be one stage xxxxxxxxx, or electrician as determined by the Foundation.
24.03 For presentations, meetings, lectures and any similar event on stage in front of the main curtain, the minimum crew shall be:
i. one (1) electrician
24.04 For the assembly or setup of scenery for the season, the minimum crew will include:
i. one (1) stage xxxxxxxxx OFF SEASON
24.05 For all events other than the season calls, the Foundation agrees to the minimum crew commitments hereinafter set forth.
(a) For all calls at the Festival Theatre, the first person called in that Department must be placed as the Head of the Department.
(b) For all other calls, a SUPERVISOR may function as a crew SUPERVISOR, at the Supervisory rate.
(c) For presentations, meetings, lectures and any similar event utilizing the full stage the minimum crew shall be:
i. one (1) stage xxxxxxxxx
ii. one (1) electrician
(d) For presentations, meetings, lectures and any similar event on stage in front of the main curtain, the minimum crew shall be:
i. one (1) electrician
(e) For all presentations, events or productions, where costumes or wigs are used, or where there are costumes or wigs changed into or out of, the appropriate number of Wardrobe or Wig Attendants as established under Articles 4.04 & 4.06 shall be called.
(f) In all other situations the Foundation shall consult with the Union Business Agent or appropriate Department Head as to minimum crews required in accordance with Article 4.
24.06 For projected media presentations the following shall apply:
(a) For presentations where the projected media is the whole of the presentation, the minimum crew shall be one (1) licensed Union projectionist for which the rate shall be set at the special operator rate, with a minimum three (3) hour call.
(b) For theatre productions where the projected media is a part of the production, the minimum crew shall be outlined in Article 24, plus when required one (1) licensed Union projectionist for which the rate shall be set at the level of special oper...
Minimum Crews a. For the purposes of this Agreement productions shall be grouped into four (4) categories:
Class A: No sound and minimal lighting; no props or scenery; minimum house crew, two (2) – Head Xxxxxxxxx and Head Electrician. Class B: Straight Truck (20 ft. or greater), no hanging pieces; minimum crew, six (6) - four department heads plus two.
