Minimum Shift Duration. Cleaners 11.3.1 Cleaners shall not be rostered to work shifts of less than two hours duration. 11.3.2 Shifts will be allocated to Cleaners as per the roster procedure. The roster supervisor is responsible for ensuring an equitable distribution of shifts to employees within the roster system. Employees who are available for additional work will advise the roster supervisor in accordance with the procedure. If employees are required at short notice, the availability list will be consulted, the first four employees contacted and if none are available, labour hire staff will be engaged. Employees who refuse shifts will be rotated to the bottom of the list. Employees on the eligibility listing who refuse a shift on three occasions, will be removed from the list for a period of three months. 11.3.3 In the event of a dispute, the Workplace Issues procedure in clause 28 of this Agreement shall be applied.

Minimum Shift Duration. The minimum shift duration is 3 hours for any day unless an Employee is required to attend an official meeting or training session, in which case a one hour minimum applies. In exceptional circumstances, and after consultation with the Union and the Employee concerned, Pizza Hut may roster shifts of a minimum duration of 2 hours. Other shorter shifts may be mutually agreed between the Employer and the Employee.

  • Minimum Hours All employees shall be paid their regular hourly rate for each hour worked except where employed for less than four (4) consecutive hours per day, in which event they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay. An employee who is called for work and upon reporting finds that his or her services are not required shall receive two (2) hours pay.

  • Minimum Break between Shifts (a) Where it is necessary to work extended overtime, it is agreed that no Employee shall resume or continue to work without having had ten consecutive hours off duty between the termination of the overtime and the commencement of the Employee’s ordinary work on the next day or shift. (b) In the event that an Employee agrees to a request from site management to resume or continue to work without having had ten consecutive hours off duty, the Employee shall be paid at double ordinary time rates until the Employee is released from duty for such period.

  • MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY The State makes no commitment to purchase any minimum or maximum quantity, or dollar volume of products from the selected suppliers. Utilization of this agreement will be on an as needed basis by State Agencies and/or Cooperative Participants, Cities, Counties, Schools K-12, Colleges and Universities. The State will award to multiple suppliers; however, the State reserves the right to purchase like and similar products from other suppliers as necessary to meet operational requirements.

  • Minimum scope of coverage Commercial general coverage shall be at least as broad as Insurance Services Office Commercial General Liability occurrence form CG 0001 (ed. 11/88) or Insurance Services Office form number GL 0002 (ed. 1/73) covering comprehensive General Liability and Insurance Services Office form number GL 0404 covering Broad Form Comprehensive General Liability. Automobile coverage shall be at least as broad as Insurance Services Office Automobile Liability form CA 0001 (ed. 12/90) Code 1 (“any auto”). No endorsement shall be attached limiting the coverage.

  • Minimum Order When the Government requires supplies or services covered by this contract in an amount of less than one each, the Government is not obligated to purchase, nor is the Contractor obligated to furnish those supplies or services under the contract.
