Miscellaneous Other Services. Miscellaneous other services may include, but are not limited to, the following tasks: a. provide surveying services; b. evaluation of construction documents; c. review of design and construction drawings; d. review of construction drawings for new development including subdivisions plans and commercial plans; e. Quality control of development plans review; f. review of electrical drawings and construction plans related to new pump stations, equipment, instrumentation, controls, SCADA or other facilities as needed; g. preparation of electrical construction plans for new pump stations, valves; instrumentation, SCADA and any other electrical engineering needs; h. review and analysis of construction administration and scheduling; i. review and analysis of construction change orders and claims; j. represent the County during negotiations with contractors and their attorneys for resolution of construction claims; k. prepare and provide legal testimony on any issue related to the design, construction, operation and/or maintenance of the County’s water, wastewater systems; l. represent to state and federal agencies, issues related to the County’s water and wastewater system; m. expert witness services for land acquisition condemnation proceedings; n. special investigations regarding potential liability suits; o. preparation of operations and maintenance manuals; p. compilation and evaluation of cost data for various system projects; q. provide assistance with public notification correspondence, mailings and meetings; r. provide assistance with utilities retrofit programs’ technical computations, correspondence, mailings and meetings; s. represent the County during discussions, negotiations, or legal proceedings related to acquisition of real estate or rights-of-way for utility facilities, including evaluations or impacts to adjacent properties; t. represent the County during discussions, negotiations, or legal proceedings related to acquisition and use of utilities facilities including inter local agreements with other private or governmental entities; u. provide value engineering and constructability reviews of projects designed by others; and, v. provide design of mechanical, electrical and structural components of utility systems being designed by County staff. Miscellaneous Other Services. (a) WCA Management shall advise, direct and, as necessary, negotiate and arrange for long- and short-term leases of real property and/or personal property for the Waste Corp Parties, as requested or required by the Waste Corp Parties. (b) WCA Management shall provide management and oversight of the Waste Corp Parties' respective legal services, safety and maintenance programs and sales and marketing programs.
Miscellaneous Other Services. Exhibit J to the Lease is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the new Exhibit J attached as Schedule 2 to this Amendment No. 4.
Miscellaneous Other Services. From time to time, Tenant may request some miscellaneous facility services from Landlord such as maintenance of Tenant’s equipment, relocation of cubicles or similar types of services. Landlord will provide Tenant with an estimate of the cost of such services prior to Tenant authorizing the work to be performed by Landlord. Landlord and Tenant have agreed as of the Commencement Date that, subject to the terms of this Lease, Landlord will provide those certain facility services listed on Exhibit J attached hereto, which Landlord will provide to Tenant pursuant to the terms and at the rates set forth in Exhibit J.

  • Miscellaneous Charges Miscellaneous Charges apply for the following miscellaneous services when provided with LIS trunks. Exhibit A includes a reference to the Tariff, catalog, price list, or other similar document that provides the amount of each Miscellaneous Charge. 7.3.5.1 Cancellation charges apply to cancelled LIS trunk orders based upon critical dates, terms and conditions in accordance with the Access Service Tariff Section 5.2.3 and trunk nonrecurring charges referenced in this Agreement. 7.3.5.2 Expedite requests for LIS trunk orders are available. Expedites are requests for intervals that are shorter than the interval defined in CenturyLink's Service Interval Guide (SIG) or Individual Case Basis (ICB) Due Dates. When expedites are approved, expedite charges apply per order for every day that the Due Date interval is shortened, based on the standard interval in the SIG or based on ICB criteria for Due Dates. Expedite charges apply to LIS trunk orders based on the rates described in Exhibit A. 7.3.5.2.1 CLEC will request an expedite for LIS trunks, including an expedited Due Date, on the Access Service Request (ASR). 7.3.5.2.2 The request for an expedite will be approved only when resources are available and the request meets the criteria outlined in the Pre- Approved Expedite Process in CenturyLink's Product Catalog at CenturyLink's wholesale web site. 7.3.5.3 Additional testing, including cooperative acceptance testing, automatic scheduled testing, cooperative scheduled testing, manual scheduled testing, and non- scheduled testing, is available for LIS trunks.

  • Miscellaneous The Vendor acknowledges and agrees that continued participation in TIPS is subject to TIPS sole discretion and that any Vendor may be removed from the participation in the Program at any time with or without cause. Nothing in the Agreement or in any other communication between TIPS and the Vendor may be construed as a guarantee that TIPS or TIPS Members will submit any orders at any time. TIPS reserves the right to request additional proposals for items or services already on Agreement at any time.
