Section Head. The written grievance shall be presented to and discussed with the Section Head or in the Section Head’s absence by the Acting Section Head. The Section Head or Acting Section Head shall give the employee the Employer's answer in writing within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of such Step 2 grievance. A grievance not resolved in Step 2 may be appealed to Step 3 within ten (10) calendar days following the final answer in Step 2.

In this context performs some or all of the following. ⚫ plans, co-ordinates, and supervises an engineering section involved in a technical issue or several smaller engineering assignments with complex features requiring application of intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in related fields. Reviews technical documents prepared by employees supervised. Prepares into and monitors budgets, estimates, schedules, work packages.
