Motor Officer. Deputies working as motor officers shall receive a five percent (5%) differential from their regular pay for the time worked as motor officers or training as motor officers. In the event that inclement weather does not allow the employee to operate as a motor officer, the employee shall be paid his/her regular rate of pay for hours worked.

Motor Officer. Effective January 2016, City will provide special additional pay of $120 per month to each full-time Police Officer assigned as a Motor Officer to a motorcycle unit.
Motor Officer. To compensate the Motorcycle Officer for the hazards of working from a motorcycle and for the off-duty care of the police motorcycle, e.g., daily maintenance, etc., the Motorcycle Officer will be paid five percent (5%) above the employee’s normal pay step when assigned to the traffic team as a motorcycle officer.
Motor Officer. Officers shall receive compensation of five percent (5%) while assigned as Motor Officers. The Police Department shall provide each Motor Officer with a helmet and jacket. The parties agree that to the extent permitted by law, Motor Officer pay is special compensation and shall be reported as such pursuant to Title 2 CCR, Section 571(a)(4) Motor Officer Pay. In addition, Motor Officers will receive three (3) hours of pay per month at the rate of fifteen dollars ($15) per hour for the off-duty responsibilities related to caring for their Motor Unit. The parties acknowledge that the FLSA, which governs the entitlement to compensation for off-duty motor duties, entitles the parties to agree to a reasonable number of hours per month for the performance of off duty motor duties. The parties agree that the officers assigned to the Motor Program may work up to three (3) hours per month on off duty activities related to their motor. The hours derived at in this MOU were determined after an actual inquiry of the Officers assigned as Motor Officers as addressed by Xxxxxx v. City of Xxxxxx City, 360 F.3d 1014 (9th Cir. 2004). The parties also acknowledge that this pay is not compensation earnable and will not be reported to CalPERS.
Motor Officer. An employee assigned as a Motor Officer shall receive compensation in the amount of $300 per month ($1.73 per hour) in addition to his/her base salary while serving in this specialty assignment. This additional compensation is intended to compensate the Motor Officer for performance of the specialized duties of the assignment as well as off-duty Motor Officer activities including off-duty hours spent cleaning and maintaining the motorcycle.
Motor Officer. Effective Fiscal Year 17/18, Police Officers and Senior Police Officers shall be paid an additional $300 per month over their base salary when assigned as a Motor Officer.
Motor Officer. Effective November 21, 2022, two (2) percent base pay adjustment while serving in the position of Motor Officer. Members receiving this special additional pay are ineligible for additional special pays. Thereafter, an employee appointed to the special assignment shall be eligible to receive the special additional pay on the first day of the first full pay period following approval of the appointment by the City Manager and Personnel Committee. The employee shall NOT receive standby pay during the special assignment. The special additional pay ends on the date the employee no longer serves in the special assignment. Deployment: There are currently no personnel assigned to the Motor Officer position.

Motor Officer. An employee designated by the Chief of Police as Motor Officer shall receive additional compensation equal to five percent (5%) of his/her salary for all hours worked when so assigned. It is recognized that an officer assigned as a Motor Officer, FTO or Detective under this article is not "vested" in the position, and serves in the position at the pleasure of the Chief of Police. The appointed employees may change from time to time depending upon the nature of training and/or supervision needed, and/or the needs of the Department.

The undersigned further certify that:

  • Chief Operating Officer The Chief Operating Officer shall be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Company and shall see to it that all orders of the Chief Executive Officer are carried into effect.

  • OFFICER AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER CERTIFICATION Pursuant to Section 6(b) and 6(c) of the Agreement, the undersigned Chief Executive Officer and Chief Fiscal Officer of the Recipient, as both are designated in Appendix B of the Agreement, hereby request the Director to disburse financial assistance moneys made available to Project in Appendix C of the Agreement (inclusive of any amendment thereto) to the payee as identified below in the amount so indicated which amount equals the product of the Disbursement Ratio and the dollar value of the attached cost documentation which was properly billed to the Recipient in exclusive connection with the performance of the Project, or, in the case of a final disbursement request, the amount entered at Line V of this Appendix E. The undersigned further certify that:

  • Vice President In the absence of the President or in the event of the President’s inability to act, the Vice President, if any (or in the event there be more than one Vice President, the Vice Presidents in the order designated by the Directors, or in the absence of any designation, then in the order of their election), shall perform the duties of the President, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the President. The Vice Presidents, if any, shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board may from time to time prescribe.
