MOVE-UPS. 36.1 After voluntary move ups in the kitchen are completed, seniority employees will be able to fill in on jobs with more hours if the regular employee is absent for ten (10) days or more and advance notice of the absence is given to the Coordinator. The Union will submit a list of employees who are available to fill in. Employees on the list will be called on a rotating basis. Subsequent openings shall be filled by a substitute.
36.2 When an employee changes classifications (moves up), the employee shall receive the rate of pay for the higher classification.
36.3 When a regular van driver is off, a seniority employee will be able to fill in on the van job on a rotating basis, as long as they have the proper qualifications. The employee called will work that job for the duration of the absence. When an employee moves to the van job, they shall receive that rate of pay.
36.4 Sick day accumulation will be at the rate of the move up position after 15 days in the position. These accumulated days will be at the employees' regular rate of pay. During the duration of the move up, holidays will be paid at the move up position rate if the employee has worked 15 consecutive days.
MOVE-UPS. A. If regular or Extra Board assignments become vacant, less senior Streetcar Operators at the base may request a move-up. A Streetcar Operator who moves up must pick the entire assignment (including RDO combination) of the Streetcar Operator who vacated the assignment. If a Streetcar Operator moves up to an Extra Board assignment, such Streetcar Operator will be placed on the vacated Extra Board position. If new Extra Board RDO combinations become available, Extra Board Streetcar Operators at the base who could not have picked these RDO combinations may choose the new RDO combinations. Streetcar Operator move-ups will be conducted only when they can be implemented at least 28 days prior to a shake-up.
B. Move-ups will be conducted by Shop Stewards at the affected base at the direction of the UNION. An assignment selected at a move-up via absentee pick will not be subject to the grievance/arbitration procedure.

16 B. If new Day Board RDO combinations or board positions become available, Day 17 Board Operators at the base who could not have picked these RDO combinations or board positions 18 may request a move-up; such move-up will be limited to the Extra Board Operators.
19 C. Assignments of FTOs who have transferred to RAIL for training as Streetcar or 20 Rail Operators will not be considered vacant until the FTO has been certified as a Streetcar or Rail

A Streetcar Operator who moves up must pick the 6 entire assignment (including RDO combination) of the Streetcar Operator who vacated the 7 assignment. If a Streetcar Operator moves up to an Extra Board assignment, such Streetcar Operator 8 will be placed on the vacated Extra Board position. If new Extra Board RDO combinations become 9 available, Extra Board Streetcar Operators at the base who could not have picked these RDO 10 combinations may choose the new RDO combinations. Streetcar Operator move-ups will be 11 conducted only when they can be implemented at least 28 days prior to a shake-up.

MOVE-UPS. A. A Move-up shall occur under the following circumstances:
1. When work becomes vacant;
2. When new work is created;
3. When King County Metro makes a change in shift structure.
B. The time schedule for a Move-Up shall be as follows:
1. Situations eligible for move-up will be posted and sent to the UNION within one (1) week of occurrence;
2. The UNION will notify the EMPLOYER of the results by the end of the next business day;
3. Any changes will become effective on the Sunday following notification to the EMPLOYER (minimum of five (5) working days notice).
C. Move-Ups will be conducted by seniority and administered by the UNION. Employee participation in a Move-Up is voluntary.
D. In the event of a vacancy, only less senior Operators are eligible. In the event of new work or a change of shift structure, changes in assignment shall be based on seniority. An Operator who elects to move up must pick the entire weekly assignment.
E. Probationary Employees shall be ineligible to move up.
F. Move-Ups will only be conducted when they can be implemented at least one
(1) month prior to a Pick. Move-Ups may not occur more frequently than one (1) per month.
G. Any Employee complaint regarding the Pick or Move-Up effect is not subject to the grievance procedure. The EMPLOYER and the UNION are to be held harmless in any disputes regarding the Pick or Move-Up.

MOVE-UPS. The department's plan for mutual aid may include move-ups in the event of a catastrophic situation or a series of simultaneous emergencies, which require resources beyond the capacity of the department.

There will be a secretary table for check-ins and information. Exhibitors MUST check in EACH day they are entered To be held outdoors on grass in a snow fence enclosed ring. Tests will run CONCURRENTLY each day using a BLOCK SCHEDULE with rolling check-in. Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled run block(s). This is a “show & go” event, we ask that you depart the site when you have completed all your runs unless you are available to volunteer to help with other blocks. Dogs will be crated out of view of the Fetch test area, or far enough away as to not cause a distraction to the dog being tested. Since this event is outdoors, exhibitors should expect to crate in their cars.
MOVE-UPS. When a trip assigned to an out-of base crew is uncovered due to the late arrival of the turnaround or layover crew, Flight Attendants should be moved-up as operational requirements dictate. Move-ups shall be considered reassignments.
