Moving Rooms Sample Clauses
The "Moving Rooms" clause establishes the conditions under which a tenant may be required or permitted to relocate from one room to another within the same property during the lease term. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances that might trigger a room change, such as maintenance needs, renovations, or operational requirements of the landlord, and may specify notice periods or procedures for the move. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility for the landlord to manage the property efficiently while ensuring the tenant is informed and the process is orderly, thereby minimizing disputes or confusion regarding room assignments.
