No Lockout or Strike. The Employer shall not cause a lockout and an employee shall not strike during the term of this Agreement.
No Lockout or Strike. During the life of this Agreement, there shall be no lockout by the Employer or any strike, sit-down, slow-down, work stoppage or suspension of work either complete or partial for any reason by the Union.
No Lockout or Strike. The College shall not cause a lockout nor shall Employees strike during the term of this Collective Agreement.
No Lockout or Strike. The Company and the Union agree to be bound by the provisions of the Ontario Labour Relations Act in respect to strikes and lockouts. The Company and the Union agree that neither shall call, authorize, counsel, procure, support or encourage an unlawful strike or lockout. Any employee who participates in any illegal work stop- page, strike, sit down or slow down, may be disciplined by the Company.
No Lockout or Strike. 4.01 The Employer agrees that there shall be no lockouts during the term of this Collective Agreement
4.02 The Union agrees that there shall be no strike during the term of this Collective Agreement
4.03 Strike and lockout shall be defined as in the Trade Union Act.
No Lockout or Strike. During the term of this Agreement the Association agrees that there shall be no lockout of employees and the Union agrees that there shall be no strike or job action.
No Lockout or Strike. During the term of this Agreement:
(a) The Employer shall not cause a lockout and an employee shall not strike during the term of this Agreement.
(b) The Union shall not sanction, encourage, or support financially or otherwise, a strike by its members who are governed by the provisions of this Agreement during the term of this Agreement.
(c) Nothing in this Article shall be construed to conflict with the Trade Union Act (Nova Scotia).
No Lockout or Strike. Pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes section 7-467 et seq. (the Municipal Employee Relations Act), all employees included in this Agreement shall not hinder the Board's operation by strike, work stoppage, or other unlawful activity, and the Board shall not pursue lockout tactics in any part of its operations. Further, the Union shall do everything in its power to ensure compliance with this section and the laws of the State of Connecticut.

ARTICLE PROVISION OF BULLETIN BOARD SPACE The Employer will provide bulletin board space €or of notices pertaining to elections, dates, news items, social and recreational affairs.
