NO STRIKE PROVISIONS. 1. The Administrators agree that they will not cause, or sanction, or take part in any strike, walkout, slowdown or work stoppage. 2. During the withdrawal of services by an employee group, the administrators have a responsibility to keep the schools open until the Committee takes official action to close them. The administrators have an obligation to remain on the job: a. To protect and guide the students who report to school. b. To maintain communications within the community among parents, teachers and the public. c. To seek through reasonable methods to protect school property.

NO STRIKE PROVISIONS. During the term of this Agreement, neither the Union nor its agents or any employee, for any reason, will authorize, institute, aid, condone or engage in a slowdown, work stoppage, strike, or any other interference with the work and statutory functions or obligation of the Board.
NO STRIKE PROVISIONS. The Union does not assert the right to strike against any government, to assist or participate in any such strike, or to impose an obligation to conduct, assist, or participate in such a strike. The Union affirms its commitment to comply fully with Section 210 of the NYS Civil Service Law (Xxxxxx Law) in not engaging, causing, instigating, encouraging, or condoning a strike.

Any employees who violate any of the provisions of this Article may be discharged or otherwise disciplined.

NO STRIKE PROVISIONS. A.M.E. agrees that, under no circumstances shall there be any work stoppage, strike, sympathy strike, safety strike, jurisdictional dispute, walk- out, sit-down, stay-in, sick-out, or any other concerted failure or refusal to perform assigned work for any reason whatsoever, or picketing in furtherance of any of the above-prohibited activities, nor shall any bargaining unit personnel refuse to cross any picket line at any location, whether the picketing is being done by G.A.M.E. or any other employee organization.
NO STRIKE PROVISIONS. 1. No employee covered by this Agreement shall engage in, induce or encourage any strike, work stoppage, slowdown or withholding of services. The Union agrees that neither it nor any of its officers or agents will call, institute or authorize, participate in, sanction or ratify any such strike, work stoppage, slowdown or withholding of services. 2. Should any employee or group of employees covered by this Contract engage in any strike, work stoppage, slowdown or withholding of services, the Union shall forthwith disavow any strike, work stoppage, slowdown or withholding of services and shall refuse to recognize any picket line established in connection therewith. Furthermore, at the written request of the Board of Selectman, the Union shall take all responsible means to induce employees to terminate the withholding of services and to return to work forthwith.
NO STRIKE PROVISIONS. 21.1 During the term of this Agreement, neither the Union nor its officers or agents shall, directly or indirectly, call, sanction, encourage, finance, condone, and/or assist in any way, nor shall any bargaining unit employee instigate or participate, whether directly or indirectly, in any strike, massive sick call, concerted withdrawal of services, slowdown, walk-out, work stoppage, picketing, or other interference with any operations of the District except for failure of the District to abide by an award of the arbitration panel mentioned in Article 19 of this Agreement. The Union, and its officers and agents shall cooperate with the District throughout such term in continuing operations in a normal manner, and shall actively discourage and endeavor to prevent or terminate any violation of this Article. Employees covered by this Agreement will not honor or recognize any picket line which may at any time or for any reason be placed at the premises of the District. 21.2 The District agrees that, during the term of this Agreement, it will not lock out any of its bargaining unit employees. 21.3 Participation during the term of this Agreement in any strike, massive sick call, concerted withdrawal of services, slowdown, walk-out, work stoppage, picketing, or other interferences with the operations of the District in violation of this Article shall be just cause for discharge or other discipline by the District in its sole discretion, of any or all employees participating therein. However, should an issue of fact arise whether or not any particular employee has engaged in, participated in, or encouraged any of the acts prohibited by this Article, such issue may be resolved by reference to the grievance and arbitration provisions contained in this Agreement. 21.4 In the event of a violation of this Article, the Union shall promptly notify all employees covered by this Agreement that the strike, massive sick call, concerted withdrawal of services, slowdown, walk-out, work-stoppage, picketing, or other interference with the operations of the District is prohibited by this Article and is not in any way sanctioned or approved by the Union. The Union shall immediately order all of its members covered by this Agreement to return to work at once.
