NO STRIKE PROVISIONS. 1. The Administrators agree that they will not cause, or sanction, or take part in any strike, walkout, slowdown or work stoppage.
NO STRIKE PROVISIONS. During the term of this Agreement, neither the Union nor its agents or any employee, for any reason, will authorize, institute, aid, condone or engage in a slowdown, work stoppage, strike, or any other interference with the work and statutory functions or obligation of the Board.
NO STRIKE PROVISIONS. The Union does not assert the right to strike against any government, to assist or participate in any such strike, or to impose an obligation to conduct, assist, or participate in such a strike. The Union affirms its commitment to comply fully with Section 210 of the NYS Civil Service Law (Xxxxxx Law) in not engaging, causing, instigating, encouraging, or condoning a strike.
NO STRIKE PROVISIONS. 9.1 Neither the Unions, its officers or agents, nor any of the employees covered by this Agreement will engage in, encourage, sanction, support or suggest any strikes, slowdowns, mass resignations, mass absenteeism, the willful absence from one's position, the stoppage of work or abstinence in whole or in part of the full, faithful or proper performance of the duties or employment.
NO STRIKE PROVISIONS. During the term of this Agreement, neither the Union nor its agents or any employee, for any reason, will authorize, institute, aid, condone or engage in a slowdown, work stoppage, strike, or any other interference with the work and statutory functions or obligation of the Board. As such, and in order to promote the safety and well-being of the students and faculty of Parkland College, all issues which reach the point of impasse between the parties shall be resolved through a process most commonly referred to as “interest” arbitration. Arbitrators shall be selected in the same manner as selected through the grievance procedure.
NO STRIKE PROVISIONS. 11.1 The Association and employees agree there shall be no strikes, stoppages of work, or concerted withholding of required services during the term of this Agreement.
NO STRIKE PROVISIONS. The Association hereby agrees not to strike or engage in or support or encourage any concerted refusal to render full and complete service to the Board during the term of this Agreement.
NO STRIKE PROVISIONS. The Association, its officers, agents, representatives and/or members agree on behalf of themselves and the employees in the bargaining unit that they will not cause or condone any strike, walkout and work stoppage while this Agreement is in effect. Any employee who participates in any of the conduct prohibited by this section shall be subject to discipline up to and including termination by the CITY. In the event of such activities, the Association shall immediately instruct any persons covered by this MOU who are engaging in such conduct that they are violating this Agreement and to resume performance of their job duties.
NO STRIKE PROVISIONS. Section 1. G.A.M.E. agrees that, under no circumstances shall there be any work stoppage, strike, sympathy strike, safety strike, jurisdictional dispute, walk- out, sit-down, stay-in, sick-out, or any other concerted failure or refusal to perform assigned work for any reason whatsoever, or picketing in furtherance of any of the above-prohibited activities, nor shall any bargaining unit personnel refuse to cross any picket line at any location, whether the picketing is being done by G.A.M.E. or any other employee organization.
