Non-Bargaining. Unit personnel may continue to perform any bargaining unit work they have in the past, so long as it does not cause the lay-off of a bargaining unit employee.
Non-Bargaining. Unit employees shall not be employed in the performance of jobs included in the Bargaining Unit where such employment causes the lay off or other loss of employment or the reduction in normal hours of work or pay on the part of the Bargaining Unit employees.

Non-Bargaining. Unit supervisory personnel who supervise employees in this Bargaining Unit shall not do work normally assigned to members of this Bargaining Unit, except in the case of emergencies.

Non-Bargaining. Unit Employees may be permanently transferred into a new or vacant Bargaining Unit position to avoid Xxxxxx provided the Employee is qualified to perform the duties. In such case, an Employee is entitled to service for the purpose of calculating benefit and vacation entitlement, but not seniority.
Non-Bargaining. Labor-Relations meetings are not intended to be negotiation sessions to alter or amend the basic Agreement. Neither party is required to continue meeting after the third hour of a labor- relations meeting.
