Is the incumbent person enjoying a rate of pay which is higher than normal for their position? 25.6.3 These two factors have to be determined as it should be made clear to the relief in cases where the higher grade pay will not be the same as the incumbent person.

Non-Eligibility. A) Northern Project Allowance shall not apply in the following situations: 1. an employee working on a project when the camp is within fifty (50) miles of his home community and when transportation is provided to that community at least twice per week; 2. an employee working on a project when the camp is within fifty (50) miles of a community which has a hotel or motel, and when transportation is provided to that community at least twice per week; 3. an employee who stays in commercial accommodation; 4. an employee receiving Northern District Allowance for the community in which the camp is located.
Non-Eligibility. The Challenge IS NOT open to: (i) Husqvarna employees or any individual involved with the design, production, promotion, execution, or distribution of the Challenge, and each member of their immediate family or household; (ii) any Jury Member (defined below); (iii) any other individual whose participation in the Challenge would or could create a real or apparent conflict of interest, or whose participation is or could be prohibited by an organizational ethical or conflict of interest policy.
