Non-Eligibility. Casual employees or persons employed on negotiated employment contracts which include specific entitlements for redundancy, are not entitled to a TVSP under these guidelines.
Non-Eligibility. The Landlord may terminate this Lease if the Tenant, although initially eligible, no longer meets the occupancy eligibility requirements as to number of tenants under the housing project’s or rental unit’s applicable restrictions, including the criteria set forth in 7 C.F.R 3560.155 (c) and (e). Xxxxxx agrees to vacate the rental unit within 30 days of Landlord’s notice that Tenant is no longer eligible for occupancy, or at the expiration of the Lease, whichever is greater, unless the conditions cited in 7 C.F.R. 3560.158 (c) exist.
Non-Eligibility. 22.7.1 Higher grade pay will not be paid to employees in the following situation: i Any employee who is directed to perform work in a higher grade for the purposes of training, provided that the work performed is less than the normal duties of the higher grade position.

(2) An individual who has a Federal judgment lien against his/her property arising from Federal debt; and
(3) An individual who has total quali- fied debt that does not meet the debt threshold.
Non-Eligibility. 25.6.1 Higher grade pay will not be paid to employees in the following situation:
i. Any employee who is directed to perform work in a higher grade for the purposes of training, provided that the work performed is less than the normal duties of the higher grade position.
ii. During periods of relief for an employee absent on flex leave.
iii. Apprentices, cadets and trainees who are employed in training positions are not eligible for higher grade pay.
25.6.2 In making the decision on the placement of personnel for relief work and determination of the grade of pay, the following should be considered:
i. Is the person being utilised on a training program?
ii. Is the incumbent person enjoying a rate of pay which is higher than normal for their position?
25.6.3 These two factors have to be determined as it should be made clear to the relief in cases where the higher grade pay will not be the same as the incumbent person.
