Project Allowance. (a) The parties acknowledge that some construction and maintenance shutdown projects may have specific project allowance provisions, offering an allowance, specifically in relation to that project. This allowance is in excess of the entitlements outlined in this Agreement. Where an Employee is assigned to a project with a project specific allowance, this will be paid in addition to the rates of pay, allowances, and benefits outlined in this Agreement, for the period for which the project allowance applies, but will not form part of this Agreement.
Project Allowance. A project allowance may be paid at the discretion of the Employer. The project allowance may compensate for project disabilities including remoteness, roster cycles and/or labour market consideration.
Project Allowance. In recognition of the nature of this Project, a project disability allowance shall be paid at an all-purpose rate of $4.00 per hour. This allowance will be fixed and not subject to any further escalation during the life of the project. The allowance shall be deemed to compensate for all special factors and for disabilities including, but not limited to heat, height, dust, confined space, dirty work, wet work, fumes and odour associated with the construction of a pulp mill and associated works.
Project Allowance. An allowance based upon the published total project construction values in accordance with Schedule H of this Agreement will be paid as a Flat Allowance in addition to the All Purpose Wage Rate for time spent on-site or for work associated with a site where the Employee spends the majority of working hours on site.
Project Allowance. (a) The Company, at its discretion, may pay a project allowance to Employees engaged in Site Operations or Field Service. The value of the project allowance is determined by the Company to ensure market competitiveness and as such may change. Prior to implementing a change to the value of the project allowance, the Company will consult with Employees on the value and timing of the change.
Project Allowance. An all purpose project allowance of $1.94 per hour shall be paid in addition to the other applicable allowances prescribed by this clause. This allowance is paid to compensate employees for the disabilities encountered in their work on the Project Site.
