Non-scheduled Hours. The Employer will endeavour to distribute non-scheduled hours as equitably as possible in accordance with employee availability, department, classification and with a view to minimizing overtime. The Employer recognizes the importance of seniority in said equitable distribution. In the event an employee is called in for a full shift the employee shall be paid as though she worked the entire shift, provided that the employee reports for work within thirty (30) minutes of the call-in. In all other circumstances an employee shall be paid only for time actually worked. An employee who reports to work at the regularly scheduled time, without receiving contrary instructions, shall receive at least four (4) hours pay, unless scheduled for fewer hours, in which case she shall receive pay for the scheduled hours. The Employer may that the employee perform work for all the hours paid provided that the work is related to her classification. Call-back An employee who has left the premises of the Home, including grounds and parking lot, at the completion of her shift and who is called back to work on the same day shall receive at least four (4) hours pay.   • Vacation Schedule 1. Vacation periods shall be fixed by the Employer to suit the requirements of his business, but as far as possible and practicable, vacations will be given during the summer months, and for employees with school-age children, during the school vacations. Vacation periods shall be unbroken unless by mutual consent between Employer and employee, or where it is impractical.   • Scheduled Holidays Holidays for certain employees, typically 24/7 facilities, are pre-scheduled on days other than the holidays mentioned in Section 1. This schedule is determined in advance. If employees who have their holiday pre-scheduled are required to work on that pre-scheduled holiday day, they are compensated as follows:

  • Five Day Work Week Schedule When working under the five (5) day work week schedule, Employees shall receive one and one-half (1.5x) times their regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime Monday through Friday. All other overtime Monday through Friday shall be paid at double time (2x).

  • Scheduled Downtime For the purposes of this Agreement, Scheduled Downtime will mean those hours, as determined by us but which will not occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday without your authorization or unless exigent circumstances exist, during which time we will perform scheduled maintenance or adjustments to the Environment. We will use our best efforts to provide you with at least twenty-four (24) hours of notice prior to scheduling Scheduled Downtime.

  • Amortization Schedule We do not provide an initial amortization schedule at the time of project agreement release but maintain a "Loan Summary Spreadsheet" on our website on the Financial Tab under "Loans". Once your loan is put into billing an amortization schedule will be posted to the same website, with a copy mailed to the Chief Financial Officer the month following project closeout.

  • Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.
