Tech Prep articulation agreements recognize a seamless curriculum pathway that starts in high school to an associate degree that leads to careers in related technical fields. This agreement enables graduates of EHOVE who successfully complete the academic and technical competencies required for the Cosmetology program to receive college credit for certain courses in the Associate of Technical Studies program at North Central State College.

North Central State College and Ashland University agree to participate in regular review of program requirements and appropriate advising procedures, and make adjustments or amendments as deemed appropriate to maintain the integrity of each institution as well as for the improvement of the transfer process. Such changes will not adversely affect students already enrolled and covered under the provisions of the existing agreement. This articulation agreement will be effective immediately after the representatives of both institutions sign the agreement. It may be modified upon mutual agreement; it may be terminated by either institution upon written notice to the other.
