Obligations of Cooperation. The Seller is obliged to perform legal procedures related to the power plant. The Buyer is responsible for the cooperation with the Seller in providing documents and related data for the Buyer to obtain a license, approval, permission and the necessary approval from competent state agencies related to the power plant's location, investment, transmission or sale of electricity output, and ownership and operation of the power plant. Also, the Buyer shall cooperate with the Seller in carrying out other necessary activities to perform the Agreement between the parties.
