Office Space and Furnishings. 6.1 The Employer agrees that it will provide to the Association a reasonable office with a telephone (including installation and local call costs only) and furnishings (desk, desk chair, two other chairs, filing cabinet, large bookcase, a computer with compatible printer and free basic Internet access and email). All other costs and expenses in maintaining or running this office and its contents shall be borne by the Association.

Office Space and Furnishings. A. The Employer shall provide adequate space for confidential discussions between bargaining unit members and designated Union representatives, when such discussions are part of or reasonably necessary so the Union can perform its representational role. When available and suitable, during and after duty hours, the Union may reserve and use the Employer’s conference rooms or other suitable spaces for meetings of its officers, stewards, and members to conduct internal union business so long as employees of the Employer are neither in duty status nor on official time. The Union agrees to pay for any extra cost of using facilities outside of normal business hours, if such payment is required by the lease contract. The payment shall not exceed the net cost to the Agency. B. The Employer shall provide the Union with a private office space, with a telephone line, a fax machine, a computer with internet access, a printer, a desk with two chairs, four filing cabinets with locks, and a table with five (5) additional chairs.

All such office space, furnishings, and storage space, and all Assets and facilities installed or operated on the County’s premises, are provided “AS IS, WHERE IS,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, and are to be used by Vendor exclusively as necessary and appropriate for the performance of Vendor’s obligations under this Agreement.

Vendor shall be responsible, and reimburse VITA, for any fees or charges imposed by the Eligible Customers for use of office space, furnishings and storage space at the Richmond Plaza Building. The Commonwealth reserves the right, upon six (6) months written notice to Vendor, to direct Vendor to cease using all or part of the office space, furnishings and storage space at any of the Locations designated in Schedule 28.68 and to thereafter use such space for its own purposes. In such case, Vendor shall be responsible for obtaining suitable replacement space as required to continue to perform the Services, but the Commonwealth shall reimburse Vendor for all pre-approved costs associated with such relocation and, if such new location increases the ongoing costs of providing the Services, the Parties shall negotiate an appropriate upward adjustment to the Fees for the affected Services.
Office Space and Furnishings. No employee, when acting on behalf of a Federal labor organization, may be permitted the free or discounted use of government property or any other agency resources if such free or discounted use is not generally available for non-agency business by employees when acting on behalf of non-Federal organizations.

Office Space and Furnishings. The County may make reasonably necessary office space, furnishings, and storage space (the “County Facilities”) available to Contractor’s on-site personnel performing Services at all Sites throughout the Term and shall maintain the County Facilities in areas and at a level similar to that which it maintained for the employees and subcontractors of the Legacy Provider prior to the applicable Cutover Date; provided that any Contractor personnel shall only perform Services on-site to the extent requested and approved by the County. Contractor is entitled to such space only upon request to County and upon County’s written approval which shall take the form and be subject to the terms and conditions of the License Agreement attached hereto as Schedule 8.1. Office space, furnishings, storage space, and Assets installed or operated on County premises and not pursuant to this Agreement, and supplies allocated, are provided “AS IS, WHERE IS,” and are to be used exclusively for performance of Services for the County.
Office Space and Furnishings. The Employer will provide a locked private office that is typically 136 square feet or larger, a standard office module, to the Union for carrying out its representational duties.
