Office Space and Furnishings. A. The Employer shall provide adequate space for confidential discussions between bargaining unit members and designated Union representatives, when such discussions are part of or reasonably necessary so the Union can perform its representational role. When available and suitable, during and after duty hours, the Union may reserve and use the Employer’s conference rooms or other suitable spaces for meetings of its officers, stewards, and members to conduct internal union business so long as employees of the Employer are neither in duty status nor on official time. The Union agrees to pay for any extra cost of using facilities outside of normal business hours, if such payment is required by the lease contract. The payment shall not exceed the net cost to the Agency.
Office Space and Furnishings. 6.1 The Employer agrees that it will provide to the Association a reasonable office with a telephone (including installation and local call costs only) and furnishings (desk, desk chair, two other chairs, filing cabinet, large bookcase, a computer with compatible printer and free basic Internet access and email). All other costs and expenses in maintaining or running this office and its contents shall be borne by the Association.

During the Disentanglement, Sprint and Supplier will give reasonable consideration, and discuss in good faith with Sprint, whether Supplier will make available, until at least twelve months after the conclusion of Disentanglement, to Sprint and Sprint’s third party service providers such reasonably unencumbered access, and such office space, furnishings, and storage space, for the employees being retransferred to Sprint pursuant to Section 12.6.6 to perform services equivalent to those performed on Sprint’s behalf while employed by Supplier, at Supplier’s facilities and premises (other than those leased from Sprint pursuant to this Agreement), in a manner similar to that in which Supplier makes such access, space, furnishings, and storage space available to its own employees performing similar work. If Sprint and Supplier reach agreement on such terms, they will document the specific terms of that agreement in a separate agreement.
Office Space and Furnishings. During the initial three years ---------------------------- of the Employment Period, Executive shall be provided with a non-accountable office space and furnishings allowance of $5,000 per month, payable not later than the fifth day of each calendar month. In addition, the Company shall provide Executive, for the duration of the Employment Period, with the use of the office furnishings currently utilized by Executive and his secretary. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be provided with access to telecommunications and e-mail services substantially similar to those currently provided to Executive at no cost to Executive.

During the term of this Agreement, Princeton will provide office space for the Native American Indian Liaison and appropriate furnishings, including a school computer with internet access. The office space will be available during regular school hours for use by the Native American Indian Liaison.

Each City department shall make reasonably necessary office space, furnishings, storage space and safe work environment available to SDDPC’s on-site personnel and equipment necessary to perform the required Services at all locations required under the Agreement. Office space, furnishings, storage space, and assets installed or operated on City’s premises, and supplies allocated, are the exclusive financial responsibility of the City.
